Chapter 2:

When the taxi dropped me off at the airport I was so nervous I was shaking and it was becoming hard for me to walk because I was shaking so much.

I went inside the airport and looked at the list of flights for a few seconds before I found the one I was going to take.

Los Angeles, California, flight 502, 3:45 p.m.

I pulled out my crappie track phone and checked the time 3:01 p.m. I strolled up to the counter for jet blue and got a ticket for some reason they didn't ask for my I.D. so I tucked it safely deep into my back pocket.

I got through security in 20 minuets, because of the long lines but I got through the metal detecters and scanners fast because I didn't have a carry on and nothing but my ipod, phone, and 'I.D.' in my pockets.

I went and sat in the waiting area for my flight and began tapping my foot nervously. A few minuets after I sat down a boy who was at least five years older than me came and sat next to me.

He looked a little familiar. He had brown short hair, gorgeous brownish green eyes, and his jaw looked almost misshapen in a really cute way.

The boy looked around for a minute before reaching into a backpack and yanking out a hat and sunglasses and putting them on securely. Slumping back in his chair.

I cocked an eyebrow at his strangeness as I felt his eyes focus on my knee, which was shaking out of control before he sat up in his chair, and whispered in a cute accent that I couldn't figure out.

"Please don't scream."

I glanced towards him judgingly and answered.

"Why would I scream?"

He smiled at me sweetly

"You don't know who I am do you?"

I bit my lip embarrassed I never really kept track of celebrity's I didn't have the time, money, or social life.

"I'm sorry, should I know who you are?" I whispered.

He laughed

"It's ok, so if it's not me why are you shaking so much?" He asked returning his gase to my spazzy leg.

I put my hand down on it firmly.

"Nervous, I guess." I answered

"Ah, hey where is your family? You look awfully young to be traveling alone."

I tensed at his question, before stuttering "Um... Already in L.A."

He cocked an eyebrow at me smiling "How old are you?"

"14" I answered sheepishly.

"Cool, I'm 19, what's your name?"

"Charlotte, you?"

"Josh... Josh Hutcherson."

"Mhm." I nodded when I opened my mouth to talk to him again the overhead speaker came on.

"Good after noon. Due to weather problems the flight has been delayed for an hour, sorry for the incontinence."

Confused I looked at the window and realized it was raining. I raised my eyebrow at it sighing as I flopped back in my chair.

"Hey want to grab lunch?" The boy named Josh asked.

"I don't really have any money." I told him grinning a little embarrassed.

He laughed and reached for my hand and I quickly retracted and got up on my own. I wasn't comfortable at all with any contact as of now.Josh raised an eyebrow at me before asking.

"It's on me, ever had airline food?"

"Um...not really."

He smiled, as if having a private joke with himself, before asking me what my favorite movie was.

"Um I don't really watch movies." He turned to me with a look of shock spread across his face.

"Have you been living in a box your whole life?"

I giggled a little "Something like that." I murmured blowing my bangs out of my face.

Josh took me to Mcdonalds, which I had heard of by the way. After about an hour of him grilling me about simple things that I hadn't experienced or remembered experiencing we headed back to the gate.

On our way I heard a scream from behind me I flipped around worriedly but then saw a blonde teenage girl she was screaming.

"Oh my god it's Josh Hutcherson!"

I turned to Josh and cocked an eyebrow at him as I watched pretty much every head in the airport turn to him.

"Um... this is where you run." He whispered smiling I turned on him and blurted out.

"What?" very confused. Then he was gone I saw him take off in the direction of the gate.

I tried to follow him but I was not fast enough and soon I had lost him and when I got back to the gate they were calling my row of seats so I quickly got on the plane and looked around to try and find him but I couldn't.

When I got on the plane and past first class somebody sitting there grabbed my hand a squeezed it. I quickly yanked my hand away and looked to see a boy... about 5 years older than me wearing a hat and dark shades.

I smirked "I'm sorry should I know who you are?"
