23: New Fairy Tail guild hall

"Thank you, Lucy, I appreciate it," Lucy chuckled bashfully, rubbing the back of her head with a sheepish smile. A bit of red came to her face at the appreciation of her small efforts.

"No problem! I can't just leave your keys there- they seem precious to you!" Y/n nodded and slipped the keys into her pocket instead of her storage, staring at them longer than usual.

E/n- well- Hikari, slapped a sticker on her chest with the words 'Hello, I am Hikari'. Everyone expected her to change her name back a few hours later, but she kept the name. But, to be honest, it was a lot better than the other names she wanted to take.

"You're serious about this name change? I wanna change mines too!" Happy exclaimed.

"No way!" Natsu immediately exclaimed after.

The group turned down a street of Magnolia, stopping immediately after. Their eyes landed on the building ahead. It's large and can catch anyone's attention in a second. It made their jaws dropped at the structure, but smiles quickly replaced their shocked expressions.

"They finished it!" Before them, the Fairy Tail guild is standing once more. Prouder than ever, and bigger than ever. A little too big. It made Y/n a bit suspicious by it's ginormous size. Sure, it was amazing how it seems to tower everything, but it was a little concerning.

The group excitedly ran in, leaving Y/n to stare at the large building. Her brows raised and her head tilted slightly,  "Where did they get the money to fund this?"

She sped into the gates, following her group as they moved alongside the guild. The first thing they saw were numerous benches and tables all in an organized order outside. Umbrellas casted their shadows over the tables, and the smell of bake goods hit them like a truck.

"We have an open Cafe now..." Gray muttered, eyes wide at the many people- some are guild members and some are visitors- in the Cafe, enjoying drinks and pastries.

Lucy glanced over away from the Cafe, her eyes growing wide at a blue stand further ahead. She can see shirts, mugs, and pop-figures.

Lucy lifted a shaking finger,  "We sell merchandise now..." she murmured.

The man at the stand, Max, waved his arm at the group with a large friendly smile.

"Oh! Good to see you guys again!"

Y/n was focused on her confusion and shock as Gray pulled her with the rest of the team to inspect the merchandise. Amazingly, they pulled off the construction quickly, but why? It wasn't possible for them to be done so quickly, and to have many new assets along with it. Her suspicions grew as Max presented many shirts, hats, figurines, and collectibles. He presented many versions of themselves as action figures.

"And here is Y/n! Ain't she cute?" Hikari gasped and took the chibi figurine from his hands, turning it around to admire the chibi version of her friend.

"She looks soo cute," She murmured, slapping a bag of jewels onto the counter. Max accepted this with a smile as the exceed turned the chibi figurine at different angles to inspect it. She wore her same cloak as usual, but with the hoodie down. And there was a distant look in her eyes while she ate a blueberry muffin.

"How comes she's the only chibi?" Gray asked, peering at the figurine. Max chuckled slowly as his and Y/n's stare burned into his body, waiting for a reply. She felt a bit odd that she didn't get a cool action figure like the rest. She felt oddly smaller now.
