25: Battle Royale

Evergreen was ruthless as ever. She did not give anyone a moment or breathe when in battle.

She used the magic inspired by the Fairy Tail guild. Evergreen was a woman who was sure she was the rightful owner of the Fairy Queen title. She loathed Erza for being the owner of the title, even though it was well deserved. As a woman who's graceful in both physical and magic wise, she deserved every ounce of respect that came with the title.

Of course, Evergreen refuses to understand that. Using her fairy glitter, she annihilated her group of opponents with glittery explosions. They didn't stand a chance with her, and her smirk widened at that. With her fairy wings, she flew back over the building she's lingering around. She gently landed on the stone roof, smirking down at the unconscious bodies, and the ruckus she caused around that.

"Pathetic,"

Fear was what the pair felt. They tried to run as fast as possible from the wooden babies chasing them. They made a curt turn down the street, trying to outrun them. But it was no use, Bickslow's babies were still hot on their tail, and was not planning on letting them leave early. Bickslow grinned down on the, from a lamppost, his tongue sticking out.

Nab looked back in horror, "Bickslow, stop! We're your friends!"

"I am not friends with any weaklings," He chimed.

"Right babies!?" In response to that, the swarm of his wooden babies fired green lasers at the mages, clouding them in a puff of smoke.

Freed was a gentleman amongst barbarians. He was calmer and more gentle with everyone than his friends. But, he is devoted to Laxus, his opinions stands no matter what. The thought of hurting his friends didn't quite rub him a good way at first. But if this is what is needed for the guild to get better as a whole, then so be it. He would follow the lightning man to the end of the earth if it means the guild will get stronger, as Laxus is the leader of them all.

He will fight. He will win.

"Freed," Alzack grunted. He leaned against the wall, an arm supporting him. In his bruised hands, guns are held, ready to be fired.

"Alzack," Freed was monotonous when he said his opponent's name. He cared neither for the man nor for the battle. That much can be told from his eyes and the way he hasn't reached for his sword yet.

"Thanks to your rune, I had to injure my friends," A scowl grew on his face, and he clutched his guns tighter.

"I promised myself to return Bisca back to normal,"

At that, Freed slowly reached for his sword, keeping his eyes on the gun wielder. He looked almost hesitant as he did so, and he barely brushed over the handle of it when Alzack decided to make his move. Determined, angry, and full of adrenaline, Alzack threw himself off the wall, his feet digging into the ground. He lifted and pointed his duel guns at the traitor.

"Guns Magic: Tornado Shot!"

Spirals of wind shot out of the guns, spiraling to the man. Freed was prepared for this, leaping into the air and unsheathing his sword. He cut through it once, flipped, and did it again. He focused his magic on the final attack, slicing through the tornado spirals. The spirals of win magic ceased and disappeared after the last strike, leaving Alzack in a state of shock.

He questions him, eyes wide and unbelieving. But, as one of the results of Freed's sword, his air was cut off. He slapped a hand over his throat falling on his knees. He choked and fell over, darkness swarming around him.
