Gauri's pov

All is well....

She devil is thrown out....

I hadn't been to office for a few days...so I have to go there for a quick check....

I told omkaraji that I will be back soon and walked out of the room...to meet maaji

"Maaji...where is aadi?" I asked

"Where would he be?? Ofcourse with his dadu" maaji said rolling her eyes and I chuckled ...papaji never lets anyone take aadi from him...even if someone takes aadi from him he would be within 10m radius like a mother hen....

"That's what I thought...." I said smiling...

"Maaji mithali will look after him when I'm not here" I said

"Why?? Don't you trust us with him gauri?" Maaji asked

"No no...its not that....actually mithali is studying and she earns her income by babysitting aadi....I don't want her to feel that she is getting paid for doing nothing...that would hurt her self respect...mithali's dadima was mine and aadi's caretaker when I was pregnant and all....after dadima's death mithali took the role....she doesn't have anyone else...so just make sure she spends at least an hour with aadi daily so that she wont feel bad" I said

"Okay....don't worry....its difficult to separate tej and aadi...but I will take care of that...maybe I can ask him to take me out for a date" she said winking at me...

"Gauri....where is mithali from?? She looks so familiar??" She asked

"I don't exactly know....we by chance met in the city...I was all alone and they didn't had a place to live....so it just happened and they became my family..." I said and she nodded

After that I went to office and finished my work and came back as soon as I could....

When I entered the room I saw papaji in the living room with a cup of coffee....

"Where is aadi??" I asked

"With om...in your room" he said...i nodded and walked towards my room...

I turned the knob and opened the room to see omkaraji with his sketchbook drawing something....but aadi is missing?? Where did he go??

"Omkaraji where is aadi??" I asked

"On the bed" he said without looking up from the book...

"Which bed" I asked frustrated...and he looked up from the book and his eyes widened in horror seeing the bed empty....

"Gauri...he was here..." He said

"Then where is my son" I asked

"Trust me gauri he was on the bed with his toys just 10 minutes back and even the door was closed...there is no chance for him to go out....

"How can you be so careless" I whisper yelled...

I looked around to see the balcony door open...

I walked towards the balcony to see it empty....

My son...

I started crying....and omkaraji came to me running...

"Gauri relax...he will be here...let us look around..." He said trying to console me...

Hearing all the noises family members all came running to the room panicked

"What happened??" Bade bhaiyya asked

"Bhaiyyaa aadi!!" I couldn't complete my sentence as I let out a sob....
