Fresh Start (Mir MBLAQ~) Part 2

After a week of successfully avoiding Mir, ___________ had come back to normal. She knew it was a waste of time to sulk about what happened that unfateful day. She needed to focus her energy and anger in something important and creative.

So she joined the drama club. There she felt at ease and comfortable being around all the club members, she called drama geeks. She became one of them. 

She was returning to her locker when she bumped into someone, and that someone turned out to be Mir. Embarrassed she quickly apologized and sprinted towards her locker only to be held by a firm grip around her shoulder. She turned to look at Mir, they stared at each other for a minute. Mir finally broke the silence, "How have you been _________?" 

"I am doing ok. I have to go." She turned back again only to be blocked by him again. "I know you are avoiding me. Please don't. It really kills me to see you like this. I really came to care for you deeply in that month, sincerely." Mir expectantly looked at her.

Silence.

"Please __________, please say something. I don't want to feel guilty anymore. I know I did......" Mir started when she cut him off.

"It's ok. You don't need to apologize. I am ok, really. What happened, happened. But don't expect me to talk to you like how I used to. Please. Let's just carry on with our lives like before we knew each other." She stated and walked away.

"But I don't want to." Mir thinks while watching her walk away.

After several failed attempts Mir was frustrated. He didn't know why he felt this way. It was just a dare, a mere bet to start with. He already had someone special in his life before __________'s entry but now his life seemed....... empty. He missed her everyday and there was never a day where he wouldn't think about her.

He confined his feeling with his friends and they were all surprised. "Don't tell me you like her now." Joon seemed utterly taken aback.

"No way. I don't think that's the matter her. I just miss my friend." Mir tries to reason.

"We are your friends too. But I have never seen you so gloomy over someone before, someone called a 'friend'" Thunder states air quoting 'friends'.

G.O. was pondering for a while and suddenly, "Do you think about her all day?"

"Uh?" Mir looks up surprised. "Answer me." G.O. retorts.

"Umm.. I guess." Mir replies. "Do you feel uneasy or get a funny feeling in your stomach everytime you see her?" G.O. continues with his interrogation.

"Definitely. And feel a rush of every possible emotion when I see her avoid me." Mir sits straight up.

"Do you feel the urge to call her or talk to her as much as possible?"

Mir nods.

"If this is not love then I don't know what is." G.O. completes his interrogation.

"WHAT?" Everyone around the table shout in unison.

With this little revelation Mir gets up from his chair. "I think you are right. I thought I just missed my friend, but listening to you I guess you are right hyung." "What do you think you are gonna do now?" Thunder asks.

"I have an idea. I'll meet you guys later." Mir waves the boys goodbye and rushes home. He turns on his laptop and gets busy scribbling on paper.

NEXT DAY>>>

___________ rushed to her locker to get her books as she was running late for her class. She shoved her lunch box inside and got the respective books and ran to her class.
