Suga (BTS~) Part VI

The weather had been disturbingly gloomy and that made Hae In uncomfortable because that felt to her like the calm before the storm.

"Hae In-ah?" Namjoon grabs her attention. "Yes?" She responds.
"You want to go have a quiet lunch somewhere? Now that we have already finished our presentation?" He asks.
"Of course." She answers unsure.
"Let's go."

They head to the posh restaurant situated far off from the college main street. They wait for their order to arrive when THUD!
Hae In sees Mary bump into a table right beside theirs approaching their table with a glass of water.

"Deja vu" thoughts run fast through her head.

"You bitch." Mary hollers. The insides of the glass end up drenching Hae In's hair and face.

"What? Excuse me miss?" Namjoon starts covering Hae In walking towards Mary when Hae In grabs his arm pulling him back.
"It's fine." She responds while wiping the water with the table napkin.

"Yeah of course. You must be so used to getting water splashed on your face to be reacting so calmly huh." Mary with full rage march near her.
"Reminds you of the old time?" Mary speaks and Hae In stands up in her full height ready to fight back.

"Somethings never change you know. I realise that now." Hae In speaks while Mary's face changes from rage to ferocious.
"How dare you." Mary ready to pounce on Hae In but is stopped midway by Namjoon.

"What the hell is happening?" He questions? "Why don't you ask your cheating girlfriend what is happening. Why do you never let go of your old infatuation over my boyfriend uh?" Mary.

"What is she talking about?" He turns to Hae In. "My Hae In would not cheat on me." He defends while looking at  Mary with eyes full of fury.
"Don't trust her too much. You will be left heartbroken. The same way that I did." Mary clears her throat. "She and my boyfriend are having an affair. Here's the evidence." She shows the pictures of Hae In and Yoon Gi dining together and another one him dropping off Hae In by her apartment building.

"He is just an old friend. We were just catching up." Hae In speaks. Namjoon stops her with his raised hand and then curves it into a fist trying to calm himself down.

Namjoon speaks, "Miss, I say this with an utmost respect. Please get lost. Your petty tactics won't work because she has been honest and open about their encounters and meetings. I knew they met and dined together. Please leave our relationship alone. If you are so insecure about your relationship, I think it's time to think it over." Namjoon clears up his mind while motioning to get Mary ushered out.

He places his hand over Hae In's shoulder reassuring her with a calm smile while Hae In tries not to tear up by biting her lower lip. They continued with their dinner date after apologising the bystanders who witnessed a scene that looked like came straight out of a drama.

Namjoon drops off Hae In by her apartment and leave after kissing her goodbye.

Hae In calls up Yoon Gi to narrate the whole incident and decide to meet him so that there's no misunderstandings left between them.
Namjoon calls up Yoon Gi to meet with him to confront about the whole scenario.

Yoon Gi waits nearby his practice studio for both of them to arrive when he receives a call from Mary. She then recounts the confrontation she had with Hae In and Namjoon and asks to meet him.

"Hello?" Yoon Gi speaks over the phone. "Uh?" Comes the reply with a groggy voice. "Know that Mary and I broke up and if I don't answer your call by 11, I am definitely in an emergency situation and would have to be admitted to the hospital." He speaks.
"What the hell dude? What? Hello? Hellooo? Yoon? Hello?" Jimin reiterate over the phone bewildered.

Namjoon reaches the decided place right before he sees Mary approaching them. "Did you plan all this?" Namjoon questions eyeing both Yoon Gi and Mary.
"I don't know what you are talking about. All of a sudden everyone called me to meet them because Mary did something awful. " Yoon Gi glares at Mary.

"Let me ask you one question? Do you like my girlfriend Yoon Gi-shi?" Comes Namjoon's straightforward question.
"Yes." Comes the reply followed by a gasp and scoff.

Hae In stands there with lips slightly parted and horrified expression.
