Lily's P.O.V.

I was frozen in my spot as i watched Eve pulling Tammy off of Him. I turned to leave because i couldn't stand to see him. Because Christian was the reason for my therapy. As i walked back to the bedroom the memories of the night my parents went missing started playing in my mind.

I finally got off from school when i was sixteen and as i walked through the door i was hit with the delicious smell of my mom's cooking. "I'm home mom" i looked up to see my mom's head in the doorway of the kitchen.

"Oh hi, sweetie how was school?"

"Nothing much actually.....okay Christian told me he loved me today" i squealed in excitement.

"Humm hmm, oh really that's nice". I was confused because that was not the reaction i was expecting.

  " why that face aren't you happy i actually found someone i like?"

She quickly shook her head "of course not sweetie im just saying isn't it a bit too early for that. I mean y'all have only been dating for a month now"

"I mean yes but i really like him and he really likes me".

She gave a fake smile" sure okay, once your happy"

"Is that my lovely daughter i hear." I turned to see my dad walking into the kitchen.

"What has you in a good mood old man" i giggled.

"Huh old man ill have you know i still have your mom screaming on a nightly b...". He couldn't even finish before a slap was delivered to the back of his head.

I laughed as i looked at my mom's red face. My dad wrapped her in his arms and kissed her on the cheek. I always wanted a relationship like my parents they loved each other and i wanted that.

I looked up when i saw them finish what they were doing" where's Tammy?"

"What?"

"LILY WHERE'S TAMMY"

"Lily, Lily"

I shook my head and saw Reese was standing in front of me waving his hands in my face. "Where's Tammy Lily" i pointed to the library and he said a quick thank you and ran down that way.

I can't believe i zoned out like that. Anyways i continued walking to the room. When i finally entered i went to take a bath, i added the bath bomb to the hot water and lit some scented candles. I got into the bath and started to relax to the scent of cinnamon and vanilla. I slowly started to drift off .

I was upstairs in my room talking to Tammy on the phone.

"So when he said i love you did it sound like he meant it?"

"Yes he told me when we were in the gym after school"

"Doesn't he have practice?

"Exactly so he missed some of it to hang out with me."

"I'm so happy for you, your first ever boyfriend and he's so dreamy"

"Yes me too, and he is isn't he" i heard a light knock on my door and turned to see my mom.

"Hi mom"

"Hi, mom" my mom could hear her because my phone was on loudspeaker. I laughed at how comfortable Tammy was around my parents.

"Hi Tammy, do you mind if i have a quick chat with Lily for a moment"

"No problem moms, see you tomorrow Lils"

"Bye Tams" i pressed out the phone and set it to the side. My mom came and sat next to me on the bed. "What's up mom ?".

"I wanted to talk to you about Christian."

"What about him?" I slightly got up as my interest peeked.

"I wanted to make sure he wasn't using you in any shape or form"

"Of course not mom, why do you say that?"

"Nothing you have to worry about now dear, " she said as she gave me a pat on the back and a quick hug.

"Anyways on a bigger note dinner will be done in a few minutes".
I nodded my head and she exited my room. I had a strange feeling that she was hiding something from me but just decided to shake it off.

I was getting ready to come down for dinner when i heard a loud BANG come from downstairs. I didn't want to go towards the sound without backup so i grabbed my bb gun from inside my closet.

Hurrying downstairs i was met with nothing. When i say nothing i mean i was met with no one. I went over to the dining table to see a note saying 'im sorry' i turned to leave with the thought that my parents had just left me when i saw in blood writing 'they're mine now'. I heard a loud scream erupt and only further noticed it was coming from me.

I rushed upstairs to there room and saw nothing. I looked everywhere and could not find a single piece of evidence to show that they were present or that they were just playing a prank on me, a very sick and twisted prank. After finding nothing I sat down at the top of the stairs and began to bawl my eyes out. I abruptly stopped crying when i heard the front door open. My gun was high to shoot the possible people who probably forgot to take me. But when the person rounded the corner i dropped my gun and started sobbing even more he came and wrapped me in his arms and rubbed my back comforting me..

Christian was there ready to comfort me, i didn't ask why he was there or how'd he had known i needed comforting and from what but i took his comfort without question. Looking back now i realised that I was naive and was grasping onto any person who showed me, love, because my parents weren't there anymore and i don't know what happened to them to this day.
