E/N and Daniel fought for a while. I didn't interfere because I wanted them to know how stupid they are.
"Why aren't you doing anything, Y/N?" Dottie whispered. "Because they're idiots." I rolled my eyes. "Y/N. You should know more than anyone that Daniel can't fight!" She cried.
"Fine." I sighed. Just as Daniel was about to throw a punch, I stood in front of E/N.
I fell down from the impact and then slowly got up. "Are you okay, Y/N? Why would you do that?!" E/N checked to see if I was okay. "Cause you two are absolute dumbasses. You're fighting all because of one person." I scoffed.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry I started this fight. I just wanted you to know how much I want you back! I was young and stupid back then." He confessed.
"Look man, I only think of you as a friend. So... can we just be friends?" I asked. "Yeah. Of course. I just don't think my feelings will go away though." He smiled brightly.
"Thanks. And I'm sure you'll find someone else." I weakly smiled. "Right. And uh... what's your name?" He turned to Daniel.
"Daniel." He growled. "Daniel. Right. I'm sorry for starting this fight. I don't know what came over me!" He awkwardly laughed and walked away.
"I'm so, so, so sorry, Y/N! I didn't mean for that to happen!" He apologized. "There's no need to say sorry. Things happen." I smiled.
"Right. Anyway, we should probably get home before our parents worry." He pulled me into a hug for no reason.
"Let's go, lovebirds!" Dottie called. We walked away, holding each other. "So Y/N! It's almost the end of the year... I'll be off to college. Daniel will probably be held back..." Dottie pursed waiting for a reaction from Daniel.
"Hey!" He pout. Both Dottie and I laughed. "Anyway... so are you gonna miss me?" She questioned. "Hell yeah I will. You're my sister!" I playfully punched her in the arm.
"The graduation assembly is in a few weeks, right?" I asked for clarification. "Yep!" She grinned. "Wow..." I whispered to myself.
Just to think Dottie and Daniel are going to be gone soon... What if we lose all contact?! What if Daniel breaks up with me because we go to different schools?
What will I do without him?
