15. Logical Valentine pt. 2

"Wait, what?" He laughed and I had to look away, feeling my cheeks start to warm up. He just giggled and oh my god the sound...

"You're cute when you smile." 

"Yeah... That's what I thought you said." I watched as he slowly moved closer, reaching out towards me and I may have... panicked slightly. I fell back out of my chair and accidentally pulled him with me. When I opened my eyes he was laying on top of me with this big smile on his face.

"Now... who's f-fallen for who?" He pushed himself off of me and I just laid there stunned. What the hell?! "L-Logic?" I looked over at him as I stood up. He just sat there on his knees with this solemn look in his eyes. "Do... Do you think I'm... Do you think..." I could see the tears start to well up and I breathing nearly stopped. "Forget it."

"Deceit?"

"No, really forget it. I'm a villain. I should just..."

"Deceit!" He looked up at me and I frowned. "Say what's on your mind." I sat down at the table and watched as he slowly joined me. He just sat there fidgeting with his hand as he stared at the table. "Do I think you're what?"

"Do you think I'm a bad person?" My eyes went wide and he laid his head down on the table. "I can't stand it. I can't stand the looks. I can't stand the fear. I know, I act like I do. I act like I fucking love it... but I don't. I-I don't..."

"I...I..." He looked up at me with this smile and I throat started to burn.

"It's fine. Like I said, I'm a villain." His smile fell instantly and it could see his eyes fill up with this horror. "I'm a villain." He laughed and it sounded so broken. I didn't know what to do. "Jesus, fuck..."

"Deceit?" He seemed to flinch and I just sat there in silence.

"Hey, Logic. Do you remember the attack 6 years ago? The one on the fifth street." I narrowed my eyes in confusion and he sighed, putting that fake smile back on. "Yeah thought so. What about the battle at the lake, 5 years ago. The one with... B-Bloodborne." I shook my head and his face fell. "Right... That's... expected. He somehow managed to wipe everyone's memory of him. Funny for a dead man... But I... I won't forget. I can't... I..."

"You're... not acting like yourself." He nodded and looked away.

"That's because, my dear Logic... I'm always acting. And now... 'm noot. Cuz I drunk... Or am I acting because I'm drunk? Or... Are you acting cuz I'm drunk?" He burst out laughing and I cringed slightly at the look in his eyes. "What about you huh?" The laughing died down to a serious expression and he just stared at the wall blankly. "I'm sure there are times when you act a part."  He glanced over at me and rested his chin on his hand as he slowly inched his way closer. I could see pain in his eyes. I just wanted to... I wanted to take it away. I needed too... "Logic?" I hadn't realized how close we had gotten His lips were just moments away. I didn't move away. He just stared at me in confusion. I could see him glance down at my lips every few seconds but I just shook my head and pulled back. I'm probably just imagining it anyway.

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME?!" He screamed out as he fell back, kicking the chair out from under himself and I jumped as his head hit the floor.

"Deceit!"

"What is wrong with me?" I hesitated as the tears started to fall. He gripped his hair and started to shake so badly, I didn't know what to do. I'm a tech guy. I don't... I don't know how to help. "I don't..." He tensed up and his eyes went wide with fear. I reached out for him as he breathing started to get erratic and shallow. Something was wrong. 

"Deceit."

"Don't... I'm not... I'm not..." He tensed up again and I started to get very worried. Everything around us started to shake. Bottles started braking and the chandelier fell crashing behind us. 

"Deceit! You have to calm down." He started to grip his hair and the tears fell even harder. The chains from the chandelier started to snake towards us and I froze watching it wrap around Deceit's ankle. "Deceit!"

"I can't... I... I didn't do it. I didn't... Make it stop!" He screamed as this pulse ripped throw him knocking me back. "Please... make it stop... why won't it stop? It should..."

"Deceit, talk to me." I grabbed him and pulled him in despite the struggling and he just stared blankly, not even aware I was there anymore. "What's going on?"

"He would shut up. He wont... leave." He grabbed my shirt and held it tight as his body shook. I watched as the chains wrapped themselves higher to his knees. "I didn't do it. I swear I didn't do it."

"Do what?" He pushed his face into my chest and I could feel my shirt soak up his tears. "Deceit?"

"I thought alcohol was supposed to make you forget. Why... I didn't... I never meant to... I'm not..."

"Deceit. You have to breathe. Breath and think it through."

"But... If I think it through, all I hear are those... assholes. I didn't do it. I would never have..." He stopped and looked up at me with wide eyes. "Logic?" I nodded and he closed his eyes. "Don't leave me."

"I'm not going anywhere while you're like this." He shook his head and I frowned.

"No... Don't leave... me." He grabbed the back of my head and before I could even register what was happening, I found myself locked into a kiss with him. I melted the moment his lips touched mine. I tried so hard... so hard to lose this stupid crush I had. I mean, he's a villain. I'm a hero. It's literally the worst thing I could've have done but... Now... like this. I didn't want it to end. He pulled way and just cried. "I... I love you."

"Don't joke like that." He tried to push out of my arms but I held him tighter. The look in his eyes just... tore right through me. "Y-Your serious?"

"I should go." I froze in shock and he managed to get himself up. He started for the door and I snapped. 

"N-No. Please don't go." He glanced back at me and I smiled through the tears that began to fall. "I don't want you too." He narrowed his eyes in confusion and I ran a hand through my hair. "I don't... Don't leave... Don't leave me."
