The boy removed his hand from my mouth and breathes heavily as he tries to keep his composure. I don't speak and stare at him as he calms down.

"Felix, I'll handle it," I hear another voice. A guy with a cute and unique face appears and pushes the previous guy off to the side. "We won't hurt you. We just need to know if your group is harmless."

"We are harmless," I say. "This is our first time out here in this new world." The guy in front of me stares intensely and leans in forward.

"Have you killed any zombies?" He asks. I shake my head.

"Has anyone in your group died?"
I shake my head again.

"Have you killed anyone?" I shake my head. He leans back and looks at the rest of his group and sighs.

"Please, help my friends!" I plead. The guy in front of me nods.

"I'm Woojin," He says and gives the guys who are restraining me a look to let me go. They let go of my arms but stand close by to see if I'll do anything. "You seem like a good person and I hope I'm making the right decision to help you guys."

"Where's Hana?" I hear a distant voice from outside the room. Woojin looks at me with a careful stare.

"I'll let you go out there. Don't speak of what just happened. There's an emergency exit through one of the employee doors in the back. There's no zombies, we've cleared it. Just make sure once you guys get out to the train tracks," Woojin informs me and listens outside to hear if my group is nearby. He unlocks the door and nods at me.

"What about you guys?"

I look around at the group and notice there are six boys there. I see the on I've injured on the floor being mended and feel a coat of guilt in the back of my throat. I frown and look back at Woojin.

"We'll be fine," Woojin says. I nod and open the door slowly, making sure to not make a noise.

"Thank you," I mouth and close the door silently and catch up to my group who are near the pharmacy section. "Hey," I whisper.

"Hana! Where have you been?" Sana whispers loudly. I shush her so she wouldn't attrach more zombies.

"Sorry, I was in the bathroom," I lie and carry on.

"We found medical supplies but most of the supplies and items in the store look to be scavenged all ready," Chan states.

"I think we should get the hell out of here now," Seungmin says.

"There's an exit in the employee room. I found it while trying to look for the bathroom."

Chan nods and follows me to the back of the store where the employee doors were. We enter it and look around carefully. I trusted Woojin when he said that they've cleared the area. I find the emergency exit and almost open it until Jeongin stops me.

"Won't it sound off?" Jeongin questions and holds my arm from the door while pointing to a sign that says "Alarm Will Sound"

"Shoot," I say and try to think. We hear ruckus and chaos from outside the employee room and back in the store.

"The zombies are breaking in, what do we do?" Sana asks. We start hearing loud noises and groans from outside and start to panic.

"It's a push exit. Once the door opens the alarm will sound unless it doesn't detect the latch being removed," Seungmin explains.

"We have to put something in between the two," Jeongin states. "A card?" He offers and Chan opens his now useless wallet and pulls out a cred card.

Seungmin slips the card between the latch and the detector and nods. I slowly open the door and then silently cheer. The alarm didn't sound. One by one we each escape the supermarket. We all run far away from the now overrun store but all I could think about were the boys that saved my life. The boys who saved my friends' lives.

[you gotta take your time,

you can do it]

We arrive at the train tracks just as Woojin told me. It was hard for me to explain to the group why we had to go there because I couldn't tell them about the other group I met. We walk the train tracks together as the day goes on.

"What are we doing following these train tracks again?" Jeongin asks me.

"Just do it," I say.

"This better be a good plan Hana," Chan tells me. I sigh and don't answer and just look over at Sana who is trudging down the train tracks behind me.

"Where's your backpack, Hana?" Seungmin asks me, making me notice my lightweight and I reach for the straps of my backpack ln my shoulders. I didn't have my backpack with me.

"I must've left it at the store," I say and shake my head in disbelief.

"Nothing important was in there right?" Chan asks me.

"No," I say quietly. Except for my bullet journal.

We notice a slow and uncoordinated figure moving towards us. I look behind me to see Sana staring at it in fear. Chan looks at me and nod. He walks over to kill it but an arrow appears and shoots through its head. The corpse falls to the ground and Chan gets taken a back by the arrow. We look around the area to see where the bowman was. Chan looks over at the right where the arrow came from and keeps his knife out.

"Come out," He states. A familiar face emerges from the bushes with a bow and arrow. He looks about our age but is a little short.

"You're with them," I state which surprises my group. Chan stares at me with a confused look as I step forward to the guy with the bow and arrow.

"I'm Changbin. Woojin ordered us to follow you guys," Changbin states and then another figure comes out of the bushes. "This is Jisung," He looks younger than Changbin but he is taller.

"Why are we following the tracks?" Chan asks. "How do you know us?"

"You guys invaded our store that we were staying in and had zombies swarm it so," Jisung says with an attitude. I frown for putting their group at risk.

"We're sorry for that," I say immediately after and look down at the floor.

"It's okay," Jisung says with a sweet voice. "Everyone got out okay."

"We need to take you to our train," Changbin states.

"A train?" We all ask in disbelief.
