Backstory:
Wonpil and Sungjin both were roommates before the outbreak. Sungjin was planning to start a band with Wonpil and made plans to audition for companies. While at an audition, the zombie outbreak affected one of the contestants and continued to spread throughout the building. Wonpil and Sungjin made it out alive along with their new companions, Young K and Dowoon.

Backstory:
Jae was in the middle of a test dissection when the apocalypse began. He was the least exposed to zombies because of his location where most of his surroundings were perfectly clean and disinfected with any germ or bacteria or infection. He was put in lockdown and was locked in the laboratory where his dissection was in. Dowoon and his new friends saved Jae.
Young K

Young K's biggest dream was to become a famous bassist and rapper. Throughout most of his life, he has been neglected and put down for not having realistic dreams. He hid his talents and was forced to learn skills that he wasn't interested in, such as Taekwondo and Archery. One day, he ran away from his home to go and pursue his real dream as a bassist and rapper. He arrived at an open audition which was soon crushed by flesh-eating monsters.
He is the most mysterious out of his group.
Wonpil

Backstory:
Wonpil never wanted to produce a band with Sungjin but he kept quiet and supported his best friend because he loves him. After the outbreak occured at the audition, Wonpil promised to stick with Sungjin and never leave him behind.
Dowoon

Backstory:
After befriending Sungjin, Young K, and Wonpil, Dowoon told them that he needs to find his best friend. Although Sungjin and Young K had their doubts about Jae being alive, Wonpil stood by his side and gave him hope.
Dowoon is glad that he pushed to find his friend which completed their group of five.
