When Gwen get off the ice. She saw Miles that was sitting on a bench and was holding his foot with his hand. "Miles..." Gwen said and sat next to him. "I'm sorry, I didn't want to scream at you." She continued and then pulled him into a tight hug. Miles hugged her back with only one hand. He wanted to hug Gwen with all his hands but couldn't. One of his hands was always covering his foot from something. "What are you covering on your foot Miles?" Gwen asked him while pulling from a hug. "Oh, It's nothing." Miles said and continued holding his foot. "Then if it is nothing, put away the hand from it." Gwen said and took Miles's hand and pulled it toward herself and looked at it and was shocked. One side of the Miles's hand was covered in blood. And there was a big cut on his foot. "Oh My Gosh Miles, You're bleeding!" "Yeah, I noticed." Miles said. "You need to go to the hospital." Gwen answered. "No, I'm fine Gwen, it is just a cut, I had worse cuts that this." Miles said to Gwen putting his hand on her shoulder. "If you don't want to go to the hospital I will take you there." She insisted. Then she took off her skates, helped Miles get up and walked to the taxi that she ordered.

When they arrived to the hospital, Rio saw Miles and ran to him. "Miles, what happened?" Miles showed his mom the cut. "OMG, you have an open wound Miles. Let me take you to the room where doctors would sew up your wound." Rio said and took Miles from Gwen. "Thanks Gwen." Miles said turning to her while his mother was leading him to the doctors. "No Problem." Gwen answered. After 30 minutes of waiting, Miles walked out of the room with a bandage on his foot. "How everything go?" Gwen asked Miles. "Everything went well, Was you worrying?" "Little bit, I would not want one more friend to be injured because of me." Gwen replied and it looked like she was about to cry. So Miles pulled Gwen into a tight hug and then said. "It's not your fault Gwen, that I cut myself." "Yes, I know, but I just feel that anytime I become a friend with somebody, he or she always get into a trouble or get injured." Miles understood that Gwen couldn't let go her bad feelings. So he pulled her into an even more tighter hug. "If I will buy you an ice-cream would you feel better?" Miles asked Gwen pulling out of the hug. "Yeah, I think so." She replied. "Then let's go." Miles said. So they walked out of the hospital and went to the shop where Miles's friend was working. While they were walking there. Gwen said. "Thanks Miles, I really appreciate your help, you are the best friend a person can dream of." "Yeah, Thanks..." He liked to be a friend for Gwen but he also wanted to be something more for her.

After 15 minutes of walking, they arrived at the shop. Shop was small but it had mostly everything for student's and prices were cheap. "Hey Marcus!" Miles shouted to the seller while walking at the shop. "Hey Miles, who is this girl that you brought?" Seller shouted back. "Oh, this is Gwen, and this is Marcus, my friend from the middle school." Miles said. "Nice to meet you." Gwen said and stretched out her hand. "Nice to meet you too." Marcus replied shaking Gwen's hand and then continued. "Are you like a couple?" "NO, NO, NO!" Gwen shouted. "We are just friends." She continued. "Yeah, OK." Marcus replied. "So, do you want something?" He asked. "Yeah, Can we get 2 ice-creams, one with chocolate and other with..." And then Miles stoped talking because he didn't know what kind of ice-cream does Gwen like. "With vanilla." Gwen replied and then looked at Miles with a smile. "Ok!" Marcus said and took out two ice-creams. "That would be 3$!" Marcus continued. "Ok, 1 sec." Miles said and started to go thru his pockets for money but didn't found any. It looks like he was so worried when was packing up for a ice-skating that forgot his money at his room in Visions-Academy. "Oops.. " Miles said. "It looks like I forgot money at my room in Academy." "It's ok, I can buy them." Gwen said and started to pull out money from her small backpack that was behind her. "No Gwen, I can't let you buy ice-cream on your own money." Miles said grabbing Gwen's hand. "Then, how we would buy it?" She asked. "Umm..." That was the only word Miles could say. He felt awkward that Gwen buys ice-cream for them and not him. "It's ok Miles, this kind of thing happens to everyone." Gwen said and passed money to Marcus and he passed ice cream to Miles and Gwen. They took ice-cream and walked out of the shop.

It was already dark outside and Gwen should already go home using her teleport. They walked to Miles's house and was eating ice-cream, Miles didn't talk because he felt bad from that awkward situation with ice-cream and money and Gwen understands that so she didn't push Miles for a talk. When they arrived to Miles's house, Gwen finally said. "I need to go now, it was nice to talk to you Miles." She said and smiled. "Yeah, same." Miles said. Gwen opened her backpack and was about to took out her teleport and was shocked. Her teleport was broken from the moment she fell on the ice. "Oh no!" She said and was about to cry. "Hey, it's ok, we can find another way to teleport you back home." Miles said and hugged Gwen. "I hope so." Gwen said and then continued. "I don't have anywhere to stay." "Well, this problem we can solve, you know you could stay at my apartment for night." Miles said and smiled a little bit. "Um, I don't think your parents would like it." Gwen said. "Well, my mother is all night at the hospital and my dad is always patrolling the city in his police car, so it's fine." Miles said and took out the keys from the pocket and started to open the door. "Come in" he said and let Gwen step into the apartment. When Gwen walked into the apartment, Miles closed the door behind her and walked into his room, after few minutes he walked out with pajama and linens. "So, where I'm sleeping?" Gwen asked. "You are sleeping on my bed and I'm sleeping on a sofa in the hall." Miles said. "No, I can't let you Miles sleep on the sofa in your apartment." Gwen said. "It's fine Gwen!" Miles answered. "Go to sleep." He continued. Gwen turned and went to Miles's room because she knew that argue with Miles she could a lot so she just said. "Good-night Miles." and closed the door. "Good-night." Miles said. But he was not thinking of sleeping that night. When Gwen was already sleeping, Miles took out the teleport from her backpack, took instruments and tried to fix it. To be continued...
