Chapter 26: Who is the new Spider Person?

When Miles left the roller coaster park and landed on the top of one of the building. He turned around to see where is Gwen. Because she didn't follow him. "Maybe she wanted to talk to the police or to the civilians about the accident or help someone." Miles thought to himself while standing on the top of the building. He was worrying about Gwen and was hoping that she would not get into any accident in this dimension. Because she does not know Miles's dimension as she knows hers. Miles took out his Sony phone out of the pocket that Ganke sewed on Miles's costume 'cause he thought that it would be a very cool idea to have a pocket on the costume so Miles could take out the phone any time and call somebody. But that wasn't that good of idea because Miles did broke his phone already a couple of times while fighting with the bad guys. Sometimes someone hit him in a leg, that is where the pocket was. Sometimes Miles was falling off the building and breaking his phone as it was with a goober that Peter from his dimension gave to him before his death. So Miles opened the contacts on his phone and started to scroll down looking for the Gwen's contact. While he was scrolling thru the contacts he saw his uncles Aaron contact. Sometimes Miles was stopping at Aaron's contact and looking at the profile picture of his uncle. He knew that it was probably maybe stupid to have a contact of his dead uncle. But he kept the number just to not forget about his uncle that sometimes is looking on him from the sky with the blond Peter. Miles then reached Gwen's contact and pressed on the green phone icon to call her. But after some time of ringing, Gwen's  beatiful voice answered: "I'm currently can't answer your phone, so leave a message and I will call you later, bye." Then the call stopped and Miles put his phone back into his pocket and shot a web into the nearest building and flew looking for Gwen.

After an hour of swinging thru the Brooklyn, Miles didn't notice any sign of Gwen. He was looking everywhere, in parks, in fast food restaurants, on top of the building such as skyscrapers and small buildings, on the bottom of the buildings, in the alleys in the middle of those buildings and a lot more where. He even went back to the Roller Coaster Park that was already closed and the sun was about to go down, and the moon was about to rise. Miles was about to give up and go back to his house, and wait, or maybe Gwen took her backpack, with the teleporter and went back to her dimension, because maybe she didn't like to be in Miles's dimension. But Miles didn't want to think about that so he stood on the top of the building and was about to shoot a web into the one of the building and fly away, but then he heard a person sobbing and maybe even sometimes crying. Miles didn't get from where the sound was heading from, so he started to look around to see where the sound was getting from. He looked at the sides, at the top, behind but didn't saw anybody or anything. He then looked down and saw Gwen, that was sitting on a ground and was looking down. Miles was really happy that he found Gwen, but was not happy that she was crying. Miles connected the web to the top of the building, and slowly like a spider going down the web. When Miles reached the point where his and Gwen's head was on the same level. Gwen doesn't had her mask on, but had her white hood on. "Gwen? Are you ok?" Miles asked reaching to grab Gwen's hand. But Gwen didn't want anybody to touch her so she replied with the tears running down her cheeks. "Miles please don't touch me, and leave me alone." Miles didn't get what's happening to Gwen so he asked her. "Gwen what happened?" Gwen then raised her head and said. "Didn't you noticed? Because of me, the old woman could have died if some other Spider person would not appear and save the old woman." Gwen replied "Oh, that. Well, Gwen, listen to me. You saved a lot of lives today at that park and you should be proud of yourself because of that. I know how it feels Gwen, I really do, I couldn't save the Spider Man from this dimension, I couldn't save my uncle, and I nearly couldn't save you when we were fighting against the Green Goblin and you was falling down unconscious of the building. And at that time I also did lost myself and didn't know what to do, I was scared that you may die. But I'm proud of myself that I saved you, and you should be proud that you saved all this people today." Miles said and jumped of the web that he was connected to. "Thanks Miles. That really did helped me," Gwen replied "And what would you do if you couldn't save me?" She continued and smiled with her beatiful smile at Miles. That made Miles also smile and then he answered. "Well, I really don't want think about that. But if it would happen. Then I would probably be a broken Spider Man. Because I love you and I can't imagine a world without you in it." That made Gwen blush. And then she moved closer to Miles and kissed him in his lips. They were kissing about a few seconds and then they splitted apart. Then they looked at each other and smiled. "You know Miles. I also can't imagine a world without you in it." Gwen replied and then both of them stood up from the ground, put on their masks and flew to the Miles's apartment.

When they arrived there, Miles slowly opened the window with his hand and went into his room. Miles then checked the hall and his parents again were not here. And that is probably because of the accident at the park. Jeff is probably is now at the Police Station trying to figure out who did this. And Rio is probably is now at the hospital, giving some medications to the people who had a heart attack or something like that while standing near the Ferris Wheel. Miles of course could have helped his dad or his mom but he really was tired. It should have been a normal Saturday for him and Gwen. But the life of a Spider Person changes it forever. When Miles was about to close the window the spider web connected to the window and didn't let it close and the Spider Person flew in the Miles's room that was at that park and saved the old woman. Miles quickly reacted and shot a web into the Spider Person that connected it to the wall. "Who are you?" Gwen asked looking at the Spider's mask eyes. "My name is Charlotte Samantha Morales-Stacy." Charlotte answered. And that made Gwen's and Miles's eyes go wide.
