Eddie laid down in the seat, his legs landed on top of Berwald. "I'm tired," he said. "But, why do you have to put your legs on top of me?" Berwald questioned him.
"How else am I going to lay down?"
"Oh, you're right," Berwald said. Penelope and Nelson were explaining to Ashley what has happened. They tried to sum up what has happened while they were sirens. A lot was about Micah and what type of person he is. They could tell that Ashley has heard of him and doesn't approve of him.

Darrel was at the back of the boat. He was checking out the damage from the hits. He wanted to be for sure that nothing was broken. A figure popped out of the ocean, that made Darrel jump. He was able to get a good glimpse at her. "Ra- What are you doing here?" He asked her.
"We are ready to stop the portal, follow me," Callie told him. Darrel got back on his boat and started it again.

Callie showed Darrel where to go. Darrel made sure to keep a safe distance from the siren as he drove his boat. Still, he looked puzzled as he drives the boat. Everyone chose not to say anything. Well, not everyone. "Yo dude, what's troubling you?" Eddie asked.
"Sorry, I'm having a bad case of deja vu," Darrel apologized.
"That's okay, every time I look at Ashley, she reminds me of someone," Eddie told him. Ashley knew he was talking about Clare. One difference between them was Ashley's naturally wavy hair while Clare's hair is straight. Though, Clare has a nicer body and a clear face. Ashley, on the other hand, had a small figure and a mole on the corner of her eye. Other than that, Ashley and Clare look the same.

Brixon was waiting for them with a bright smile on his face. Darrel slowed the boat beside Brixon. Ashley went to the other side of the boat to see Brixon. "Do you have everything?" Ashley asked him.
"Yeah," Brixon responded.
"All you need to do is throw them in the portal," Ashley instructed him.
"I'll do that, but first I need to make a speech," Brixon said.

They all looked at each other, not understanding what he was trying to do. "Tonight was one of the best nights I had. For once, I didn't feel alone. Now I know I have people that care for me. This adventure was the happiest time of my life. Thank you for giving me this last good memory. And sorry, to leave you so soon," Brixon smiled through all the pain. They all know that he was hurting the most. "Wait, no!" Callie yelled as she raced to him. It was too late, Brixon already dove into the water.

Callie tried to follow him but he was already too close to the portal. Brixon didn't look back as he went through the portal. The trident was tight in his hands as he disappeared through the portal. The portal closed, leaving no trace of Brixon or the trident. Callie spun frantically looking for any sign of Brixon. It was hard for her to accept that he was gone. It's too unreal. This shouldn't happen to him, it's unfair. Why does it have to be him of all people? Don't they know its Brixon, he doesn't deserve this. He is the light of the ocean, why does he have to go?

Callie rushes to the surface of the ocean. She swam to the boat and called for Venilia. "How do we get Brixon out of the portal?" She asked. Ashley looked at her friends, who gave her sad glances. "It's irreversible," Ashley admitted. Callie looked at everyone on the boat before begging. "Please, you must know," Callie was desperate.
"I'm sorry, I know he was a good friend," Ashley apologized.
"There's no need for that," Callie looked down. She dove back into the water, without saying anything else.

"State your name," the officer spoke. "Mae," the girl answered.
"Oh, the amnesia girl," the officer said. Mae nod in response.
"What are the other two boys names?" He asked her.
"Conor Brown and Allen Cornwallis," Mae answered.
"Now, the dead boy,"
"Logan, I don't know his last name," Mae answered. The officer wrote down the information in the notebook.

Mae looked around. Police officers were examining the crime scene. Some were talking to each other. She noticed that Conor and Allen were getting into a police vehicle. Conor noticed Mae watching them and waved at her. "Conor," Mae was about to approach him but was stopped by the officer. "We are just taking Conor and Allen to the hospital, they've sustained a few injuries," the officer tried to explain to her. That still didn't change the fact that she was alone.

"Back to the questions," the officer tried to get Mae's attention back. "Are there any people on the ocean?" He asked her.
"Yeah, and some are on the boating area," Mae answered. She watched as the police car drove away, with Conor staring at her. She felt lonely being separated from Conor. "Officer Jin! Head to the Swirl Station and look for some people on the dock," the officer ordered one of the policemen. The officer that was talking to his coworker, nod and got in his police car.
"We'll take you to the police station, where you will be reunited with your friends," the officer told her. It was his way of making her feel safer.

"Officer Bevel lets head back to the station," the officer called out to his partner. He nods in response before going into the police car. Then started it, waiting for them to get in. "How about after the interview I'll drive you to the hospital," the officer suggested.
"Okay," That was the only response she could give.
"So is the blond boy your boyfriend?" He asked her.
"Yeah," Mae smiled. Without realizing it, Mae has grown attached to Conor. It's not a problem but it is still a change for her.

"Sorry about the lack of introduction, but I'm Officer William," The Officer introduces himself while opening the door for Mae. She thanked him as he got in the driver's seat. Using the rearview mirror, he stared at her. It was something about her that intrigued him. As if she was one big secret. It would be nice for him to learn more about her. Mae is an interesting character but he isn't the only one that thinks so.
