Ashley quickly walked down the steps of the boardwalk. She had to be careful not to trip or fall from her excitement. Libby was the first to see Ashley. She didn't hesitate to run up and give her a hug. "Congratulations! Darrel and I are going to be your child's godparents," Libby was quick to tell the news. Ashley was too happy to question Libby. "Good luck with our child," she smiled. Everyone else notice that Ashley was there. Libby does know how to catch the attention of other people.

Libby let go of Ashley, who was hugged again by Toby. "You don't know how excited I was to hear that news," Toby said. "I got a clue, Conor told me," Ashley explains as she smiles up at him. Toby grew up not having a good life growing up. He wants his child to have a good childhood. Something that Toby never got. "I promise to take good care of our child," Toby told her as he kissed the side of her head.

"Awe," PJ comments. He was sitting on the sand. He was measuring the wood and marking lines on them. "I don't need your comments, Lonely Kid," Toby turns his head towards PJ. "Nice nickname," Darrel comments. Toby smiles as he gave Darrel a hi-five. Ashley looked at Libby and slowly shook her head at her.

The day seemed to pass by faster, now that they had work to do. Ashley stayed as she helped them sort out the length of the wood. She did help input some ideas that would make the boat better. It was mostly for decoration. PJ and Darrel mostly measures the wood while Toby saw them to the correct length. Ashley was helpful with calculating the lengths. She was good at math which assures them that they don't mess up on the measurements.

Everyone kept working until nighttime came. It was too dark for them to see, they agreed to finish up tomorrow. "Libby, do you have a ride?" PJ asks as he opens his car door. "Yeah, Darrel is just picking up the equipment," Libby says as she sat on the curve. She should've asked Darrel for his keys before going to his truck. "Are you going to take Conor home?" Libby asks. She was getting a bit bored waiting for Darrel. She hopes to make small talk with PJ to stop her boredom.

"No, Allen told me he would do it," PJ told her as he got in the car.
"So you are going straight home?" Libby asks.
"Yeah, Scooter probably misses me," PJ says. Libby lightly giggled before saying, "you should get home to him."
"Yeah or else he won't let me leave anymore," PJ chuckled a bit.
"Now I know who really owns the house," Libby laughs.
"Scooter's house, his rules," PJ laughed along.
"Sorry to make you wait Libby, are you ready to go?" Darrel asks, he carried a box full of the tools.
"It's fine, PJ did keep me company," Libby told him.
"Well, goodnight," PJ finally said before starting his car and backing out of the parking lot. Both of them watched as he drove out of the parking lot.

Libby got up and dusted off her clothes. She then proceeded to help Darrel her everything in the back of his truck. Libby got into the front seat with Darrel in the driver's seat. Darrel drove the truck out of the parking lot and into the rode. "Do you have anyone to drive you tomorrow?" Darrel asks.
"Aren't you going to drive me there?" Libby asks looking at him with a questioning look.
"Oh right, sorry, I'm just weird," Darrel apologizes. He wasn't used to being in a relationship, it would take him some time to get used to.
"Aren't we all weird?" Libby comments.
"That's true, some more than others," Darrel smiles. Libby lightly giggle as they continue their conversation.

Allen walked into Penelope's house with Nelson following behind him. "Conor, are you ready to go home?" He asks.
"Your too late, he's already asleep," Penelope says as she cleans the dishes. Allen looked at the couch to see and Conor and Mae asleep. Mae was on top of Conor, with her head on his chest and arm hanging off the couch. Conor has one arm wrapped around her.
"Don't worry, he can stay here for tonight. I'll tell PJ to pick him up here," Penelope says.

"This is so unfair," Allen says as he walks into the kitchen. "Life can be unfair," Nelson admits.
"Mae was the only one that could get Conor to date again. Then Mae would never get to figure out what happened to her," Allen says as he sat down on the stool.
"She did feel left out when we all knew our past except her. But what happened to Conor?" Nelson asks as he sat on the stool.
"Right, I forgot you didn't know," Penelope said. She dried off her hands then got out the cookies from earlier. Then offered it to them, both gladly took a cookie.
"In high school, Conor has a girlfriend who he loved a lot. He would spend every second with her. Then she got annoyed by how clingy he was. She made up excuses to not see him like doctor appointments and stuff. But secretly she started dating another boy. Conor has to find out the hard way at our senior trip. He was looking for her and found her making out with another boy. It broke him so much that he couldn't date again until Mae came," Allen told the story. He wasn't close friends with them during high school. Still, the story was the talk amongst the whole school. All the other students cared was the drama among Conor and the break up.

"Conor tried to call his parents to take him home but no one came. He was miserable during the whole trip. PJ couldn't even make Conor feel better," Penelope finished the story. She remembers being their in high school. She and PJ both tried to make Conor feel better but nothing worked. It also made them sad during the whole trip. Conor tried desperately to leave, he didn't want to make his friends upset also. Things just kept getting worse for Conor. High school was now a bad memory for Conor. Now he had close friends and a much more reliable girlfriend.

"Mae and Conor were almost made for each other. Both of them somehow knew each other's pain. They were brought together to fix each other," Allen says. He got up then went to the fridge. Allen grabbed a cup then opened the fridge. He pours himself a glass of milk. Nelson looks down at his half eaten cookie. It was so precious that Mae was able to make Conor love again. He may have lost it in high school but was given back by a siren.

"Who would do such a thing to Conor?" Nelson asks as he looks up from his cookie. It was none of his business but how could people be so cruel. Conor was so loving and she decides to hurt him. Nelson didn't care if he got a straightforward answer or not. He was curious about the type of person she was. "Who would hurt Conor?" He asks again, slightly feeling fired up.

"Molly," Penelope finally answers.
