First Day Of School

I brought new clothes and schools supplies. Yesterday we went to the school and I got transferred into Candy-ball High school (This is not a real school... I think). Today was official the first day of school. I wore some jeans and a shirt that said: If you read this you are beautiful. I also wore a baggy waffle cardigan that was knitted by the one and only. Me! I had a light case on to hide my scar in case I roll up my sleeves. I was so nervous! My dad drove me there early since I wasn't there open night. We sat there in silence. I wasn't sure what to say. To much happened this summer.

"Good Luck. I know you will make friends this year." I rolled my eyes.

"No I will not. It will be the same as last year." I uncrossed my arms and got my bags. I got out the car and went to the front office. A nice skinny lady with long blond hair with her legs cross and looked at me with a big smile.

"Hello!! My name is Ms.Debra Who may you be?" Her smile was like a permanent sharpie. I tried to smile back but I think it came out like I was scared of her

" My name is Jamie. I wasn't here for Open House and I don't have a hard copy of my schedule." She typed on her computer. She asked for my name and school ID I made yesterday. I gave it to her and she kept typing. She then gave me a piece of paper from the printer.

"JAMES!" She yelled in an annoyed loud voice. I jumped. She then looked back at me and smiled her big smile. I was a bit scared so I moved back.

"What do you want!?" It was the dude that was at that place I sung at. I covered my face trying to hide but I couldn't do it.

"This is Jamie please show her to her class. Jamie this is my son James. Take of her you hear me." After she said the he tried to look at my face but I kept it cover.

"There is no need to be shy..." He grabbed my arms and when he saw my face he looked at me shocked.

"Hi... I'm Jamie..." He took my hand and shook it.

"I know who you are I was at the place that night when you was there BennyFoodFun! Oh my goodness You was so amazing!!" He shook my hand the whole time he talked.

"Thanks." I said shyly.

"I didn't know you all shy and stuff!" I laughed at his excitement.

"Just take her to class already!" His mom yelled suddenly. He jumped at her after she looked away. He grabbed my schedule and smiled at me.

"We have the same classes! Less work for me!! It would be best if you walk with me to every class. But first let's get food. I love food!!" He grabbed me arm and lead me to the cafeteria. I laughed with him. When we got a cinnamon bun. We sat together at the table. This is the first time someone sat with me at breakfast and talk so much. After a few minutes some guys came over to our table.

"Oh mi gosh You are the girl from BennyFoodFun! You sung that song! I was like zamnnn!" A lot of people came around us and complement my singing. Some grabbed a seat and stayed and talk to me. When the bell rung every one grunted and left. They all said goodbye. I followed James to first block. It was so weird people kept saying hello and stuff. To me. When we enter I sat in the way back and he sat beside me. Everyone gather around us. They would talk to him and he would introduce me. That is how it went all day. He would talk all the time and get both of us in trouble. He would laugh it off cause he know all the teachers. We had Math Two honors, Chorus, Theater, and English one honor. All we got was some syllabus. I packed all my stuff. That's when James came up to me.

"How are you getting home?" He asked all hyper.

"Walking." I said swing my backpack on my back.

"Oh May I walk with you? I don't want to hear my mom sing the burger song ever again." He said rolling his eyes and smack his lips.

"Sure." I said and he was obviously excited but tried to play it cool. His smile was way to big. I turned and smiled. He just kept talking and talking.

"We went to McDonald's and I ordered a salad and she like 'if you want a burger eat a burger!!'" He started saying angrily. I laughed and pat his back while his head hang low. He is very sociable, funny, and nice. Guys like that aren't for me. I feel like he will leave me because of my size. I finally got to the home.

"Oh my gosh I like live right in front of you!!" I didn't believe him until I saw his mom pull in front of the house he pulled into the house he pointed to it.

"Oh great." I said trying to sound happy. He walked me to the door and watch me unlock it. I turned and he was still there. I smiled at him.

"Um... Whenever you want, you can you know call me or whatever.Can I get your number?" He bit his lips and smiled at me. I grabbed my phone and unlocked it. I looked down at my phone and back at him looking at me biting his lips.

"Can I get a pen and paper?" He came out his daydream and I had to asked again. He eventually dug in his pocket and got paper and pencil. I wrote down my number.

"Thanks." 

"Sure. I need to take a nap. Bye." He waved as I closed the door. My put my back on the door after I locked it. I ran to the window and saw him running to his house. He almost got hit by the cause but thank God the driver saw him. He eventually got home safe. I laughed and throw all the syllabus on my dad table. I went in my room and laid on the bed. I thought about today. It was actually OK. I heard my hone buzz and grabbed it.

Hello :3 he also had a picture of himself sent. I put his number in my contact list. he is the first person on my phone that isn't a relative. I replied with a hello and a conversation just happened.

I have been wanting to do this all summer but it turn out to be corny T^T. Well I hope you love it dispite the corny.
