Namjoon stared at the notebook in his hand. He chewed on his lips, nervously. He looked over the words wondering if he should show them to his hyung or not.

It was almost the end of July, the leader and the oldest rapper found themselves in the studio working on the Japanese songs. Both of them had a notebook in hand, noting down the lyrics that came to their mind.

Namjoon sighs, this might be the only chance he had to show his hyung that he was there for him without making it awkward or making the older uncomfortable. Well, he hoped he won't feel uncomfortable this way too, who knows. He knew his hyung had been having trouble with something and he wanted to reassure the older that he wasn't alone.

"Hyung, I wrote some lyrics, can you check them?"

Yoongi looked up from his notebook and reached to grab the younger's. His eyes wander around the paper reading the lyrics written in Korean besides the Japanese ones, as the younger knew that the older was not that good at Japanese.

I said it's alright, oh yeah
One day it'll be a good day, for sure
You won't be alone, always
I'll be by your side, we'll be okay
(If) we're connected, surely it'll be brighter tomorrow

It's already been three years since we've started walking together
Between men, the idea of the "Path of the Peach Garden"*
We're pretty much family
Like the blood that flows through our bodies
Like "lifting" weight, I'll "lift" you up**
Laughing with friends until the end of our thoughts
Ma friend, don't be afraid
The swag amongst those who can hold on to their hope seriously
Ay
Hold up
Grab onto my hand
Let's fly! We in Gangnam
Now cheers! The Champagne that pops

You can depend on me
You can say "it's hard"
To me
You can lean on me, lay on me
Lean on me

Yoongi was taken aback by the lyrics. His heart longed for someone to notice and help him with his troubles but still, he forced himself to build a wall between his members and himself. He thought he wasn't worth the trouble and wanted to manage his problems alone. Looking at the lyrics he wanted to tell the younger his problems, spill his heart out as the pain of keeping everything inside was getting too much for him. But yet again the older followed the voice in his head and put up a mask.

Yoongi stayed quiet for a short while before letting out a faint forced smile. "Namjoon-ah, the lyrics are great, it will be a great song for armys who are going through tough times."

Namjoon bit his lip, nervous how to ask his hyung to open up after giving him the song. Stupid, the voice said and Namjoon agreed, he really should have thought the whole thing through before showing the lyrics.

Namjoon let out a nervous laugh as he rubbed the back of his neck. "I guess, though I wrote this song in a sense of being there for other members it goes well for armys too."

Yoongi looked up at Namjoon again thinking over his words, looking back at the lyrics. Both cracking his mask a little. "I'm sure that all the members know that we are there for each other though."

"I don't know hyung, I guess. But I just wanted to make a song to you guys just to make sure that you all know that I'm always there for you all," Namjoon gave a soft smile.

Yoongi nodded while looking down at his feet. "You know that I'm always there for you hyung, right?" The oldest rapper avoided the younger's eyes as he nodded.

Namjoon frowned, "That doesn't seem convincing hyung, look me in the eye and say that trust me enough to tell me your problems."

Yoongi felt anger build up in him as an act of self-defence, "Are you saying that I'm lying to you? Do you think that something is wrong with me? Huh!"
