Chapter 7: the date

Natsu: Okay Luce that's enough.
Lucy: you didn't even give me enough time!!
Natsu: i don't care... anyways!

Lucy is almost ready for our date, she's putting on makeup and I'm just staring at her, not knowing I am.

Lucy: "why you staring?" She giggles

Natsu: "Sorry i didn't mean to. You just look-"

Lucy: "DO I look bad!!?" She panics

Natsu: "NO NOT at ALL! You look amazing."

Lucy calms down after what I said.
Natsu: "Are you ready?"

Lucy: "I think so? Are you going to tell me where we're going and what we're doing yet?"

Natsu: "Not in the slightest." I smirked.

I grab her hand and lead her out the door. But I suddenly paused right at the door frame.

Lucy: " What's the matter Natsu?"

Natsu: " you wait here!! I need to grab something."
I quickly go to the dresser and grab swimsuits for both of us just in case that's what i plan to do.

Natsu: "Alright now I'm ready."
I grab her hand again and lead her to our first destination.

30 minute time skip..
After a long while of walking I decided we should take a breather.
Lucy: "Where the heck are you taking me Natsu!?"

Natsu: "just wait!" I give her a cheeky smile.
I decided to lean on this barrel, and pull Lucy closer by her hips.

Lucy: "Can you at least tell me how much longer?" She sighed

Natsu: "Not long, we're almost there."

Lucy: "Okay"
She gives me the sweetest pouty smile ever.
I couldn't help but kiss her just then.
I try to pull her closer to me, but we can't get any closer then we already are.

Lucy: let me take over for now, then you can come back. Okay Natsu??
Natsu: but I haven't finished!
Lucy: Natsu, this is MY book.
Natsu: Fine but I'll be back.

After what felt like an amazing eternity kissing my boyfriend. I quickly realize we're in public.
I quickly pull back from him, and he gives me a confused sad face.

Natsu: "Whyd you back away?!"

Lucy: "Aren't we trying to be discreet about our relationship?"

Natsu: "Oh... yeah."

Lucy: "Is our date going to be very public?"

Natsu: "Actually no. So let's hurry! I like touching you. " he winks at me

I scoffed and smiled to myself while he pulls my arm.

After about ten minutes, Natsu brings me up on top of this beautiful floral hill that has so many beautiful flowers on it next to a lake. Then there lays a patch of green grass, and Natsu runs towards it and puts down a blanket there.

Lucy: "where'd you get the blanket?"

Natsu: "don't worry about it!"

Lucy: "Wait, how long have you planned this?!"

Natsu: "Lucy.. don't worry about it."
He grabs me by the shoulder and looks me in the eye.
Natsu: "What you should worry about is how much of the food I'm gonna eat."

Lucy: "As long as I have desert."

Natsu: "Duhhh."
