He looks at her body
Small breasts, short
Hair and in her eyes
Is more than a stare.
She is thin but he wants
Her 'fine' the way he likes
All his women to fit his type
Perfectly, she stands at his desk
Asking for a raise because she
Spends many hours away from
Home, hardly ever having time
To herself because she slaves away
For days on end. He looks up at her
In shock and demands that she turns
Down the noise or better she'd leave
With no answer, losing her poise from
A boss who would rather not have this
Conversation right now and get back on
His phone, what he does not tell her is that
He is looking for someone to come and replace
Her, she is inconvenient because she is ambitious
Smarter than all those school drop outs he'd seen
Move from job to job, unable to satisfy anyone they
Have ever had the occasional pleasure of working
For till they had been let go for being inconvenient.
