Serendipitous Skies

There is a beauty I
Think in sunrise and

Sunset, the way they
Blend never exchanging
Words, only glances and
Soft caresses coming into
One so subtly that you never
See them collide, saying hello
In the quietest, gentliest of ways
Not quite how our hands touch with
Rough lines telling of a fire within
Us, revealing an unexpected future and
Hues turn, evolving to meet a darker
Palette across the skies, how wondrous
In colours so warm serendipity could only
Describe them, purple waving at the night
Greeting and leaving, a combination
Matching every season, a star always comes
Back to us, the beginning and the end as
Rising comes to falling with light and soul
Illuminating the sky, there is so much
Beauty...
