"Yes, my love?" I say trying to give him the best smile I can make. Maybe it'll make him forget everything that just happened? Yeah, not likely. He's pissed.
When he doesn't crack even the tiniest smile I decide to stop making a fool of myself and take a seat at my kitchen island. "I swear I didn't know he was coming here." I decide to say after he settles on just giving me a death stare.
"Why would be come over this late then?" he asks through a clenched jaw.
"I don't know! He used to just come over unannounced all the time. Maybe he figured i'd be okay with it." I shrug.
He still looks angry so I say, "I'm being serious when I say I did not know he was coming over. If I had planned this whole thing out why would I have told you to come over?! I'm not that stupid!" I exclaim.
He looks like he's actually thinking that through. "Okay, but doesn't he know that you're seeing somebody now?"
I groan loudly, "I don't know! I don't keep up with him. Maybe he knows, maybe he doesn't."
"And why do you still have his number saved onto your phone?"
My eyes widen before I slump in my seat, "Okay, so I have no excuse for that. I guess I just never got around to deleting his phone number from my contacts. I should have deleted his contact when we became official though." I admit, nodding.
He shakes his head, clearly annoyed and bothered with me, "I just don't understand why you wou— why would you offer to catch up him? I mean what the hell was that?" he says in a clipped tone. He locks his hands behind his neck, looking up at the ceiling, "Are you trying to get back together with the guy?" he asks, with a clenched jaw.
I quickly stand up, making my way over to him, "What? No!" I grab his face in between my hands which forces him to look at me. His gaze softens a bit when his eyes meet mine, "I'm with you now. Only you." my thumbs rub back and forth on his cheeks before I kiss his soft lips, "I love you. Let's not fight over this, okay?"
"Alright. Fine, I'll drop it. But you have to promise me that you'll get out of 'catching up' with that idiot." before I can answer his lips come crashing down on mine. His hands come down to squeeze my bum. Our tongues dance together in sync before he pulls away. His forehead rests on mine, "Understood?" he asks in a deep possessive voice.
"C-Consider it done." I nod breathlessly.

No matter how hard I tired, I couldn't get Jason out of my head all night. Even right now, I have Juan sitting right in front of me but I can't seem to get Jason's stupid face out of my head.
I couldn't sleep all night because memories after memories kept on popping up of my relationship with him. As much as I wanted to stop thinking about him, I couldn't.
"Adrianna." Juan snaps me out of my thoughts.
"Huh? What?" I ask, quickly looking up at him.
"I asked you why you aren't eating." he says slowly, pointing at my full plate.
We had just woken up about an hour ago and Juan had kindly offered to cook us breakfast while I took a shower.
"Oh," I shrug. "I guess I'm not that hungry."
He taps his fingers on the table impatiently before looking up at me, his eyes full of annoyance and what I think is slight anger, "You're thinking about him right now, aren't you?" he asks through a clenched jaw.
My eyes widen in surprise, "No! W-what makes you think that?" I ask nervously.
He lets out a sigh, "I just sat here, talking to you about all of the plans I have for when you come spend next month with me and you just sat there, looking into space and occasionally nodding for the past ten minutes." he says sitting back and crossing his arms over his chest.
