Thirty minutes later Juan and I are being seated at a table in one of the many restaurants this resort has. "This has been one of the best vacations I've ever been on." Juan smiles.

"Oh yeah? Why?"

He shrugs. "We've just had a lot of fun. And because I'm here with you, obviously." he smirks.

I narrow my eyes at him. "You better not have as much fun as you did last night for the rest of the trip." I roll my eyes, looking down at the menu.

"I was that bad, huh?" he asks, cringing.

"I had to threaten you with never having sex with you again for you to finally get into the fucking elevator!" I exclaim.

He chuckles, shaking his head. "That sounds like a lot like drunk Juan."

I rest my chin on my fist as I stare at him. "You know, I love drunk Juan a lot less then sober Juan. Drunk Juan is an ass." I shake my head.

He laughs. "I'm sorry, bonita!" he smirks, shrugging. "But you clearly kinda love him if you actually had enough patience to get me up to our room."

I kick him under the table. "Obviously."

We finish our lunch and then head to the beach. "I can't wait to tan!" I say excitedly, laying out a large beach towel on the sandy floor.

Juan chuckles, laying on his own towel. "I don't see the fun in this, but okay."

My jaw drops as I look over at him. "What do you mean?!"

He shrugs. "I just... feel hot. I don't need to tan." he gestures at his tan skin. "I naturally come in this color." he gives me a cocky smirk.

"Well yeah, because you're outside like all the fucking time when you're in Colombia." I put on my sunglasses and lay back.

After about twenty minutes of nice peace and quiet Juan pokes my side. "I'm bored." when I don't answer he pokes my shoulder, the side of my stomach, my hip, and then finally decides that just shaking my whole body would be better.

"Fine! I'm up! What, Juan?" I prop up on my elbows and turn to look at him.

"This is boring!" he pouts.

I roll my eyes, taking off my sunglasses. "What do want to do then? There's not much to do at the beach."

"Let's just talk."

"Fine." I clear my throat. "So, remember that I was on the phone with Joel earlier?" he nods. "Well he told me that he wants me to go to Eduardo's wedding with him."

His eyes widen. "Seriously?"

"Mmhm."

"Well are you going?" he asks.

I shrug, looking out at the ocean. "I don't know. Joel wants to go but I know he would never go alone. I wouldn't want him going alone either. I would feel selfish taking that chance away from him just because I didn't feel like seeing Eduardo and his new wife." I roll my eyes.

He smiles. "You're like the best sister ever, have I ever told you that?"

"No.."

"Well you are. Even though you really don't want to, I think we both know you're going. You're going for Joel and I think that's beautiful." he leans over to kiss my cheek.

I look over at him nervously. "He...kind of invited you too."

He looks surprised. "Really? Wow." he shrugs. "Hey, I would gladly go with you, baby."
