"You look so hot, babe!" I gasp through the screen at the sight of Juan's freshly cut hair.

"Yeah? I like it a lot." he nods, laughing.

"I miss you." I pout.

He smiles sadly, "I miss you too. A lot. When are we seeing each other again? Maybe I can go over there?" he suggests.

It's been a little bit over a week since I've been back in LA. I've been pretty busy working on multiple photo shoots and at the same time trying to get as much rest as possible. That last one isn't really working out too well. Considering how stressing my last visit with Juan was, I'm trying to regain my mental strength.

"For sure." I nod, "We could go to the beach or something."

"I'll book a flight then."

"So, what are you up to tonight?" I ask curiously.

"Uhhh, nothing. I think. I'm not sure, some friends might come over to watch a movie or something." he shrugs, "Nothing crazy. What about you?"

"I'm not too sure either. I think Elizabeth is coming over. You never know with her though. She might end up finding some cute guy on the street and going to a bar with him." I roll my eyes.

He chuckles, "Well, i'll leave you to that. I love you, hermosa."

I smile, happy to hear him calling me by that name, "I love you too. Have fun, okay? Talk to you later."

~~~
"Ready to watch movies and eat junk all night?" asked Elizabeth as she walked in to my apartment, bags full of junk food and what I believe is wine in both hands.
I grin, nodding, "So ready."
She claps her hands together happily, "Fuck yeah!"
~~~

"It gets me every time." she says teary eyed while I turn off the tv after the credits to The Notebook begin rolling, "Every fucking time."

"We've seen it like a hundred times. You should know what to expect by now." I laugh, rolling my eyes, while picking up the mess that had become my living room. Bags of chips, oreo cookies, and chocolate bar wrappers are covering my living room floor.

"I guess. Anyway, spill the tea on your whole trip to Colombia." I feel my face drop, "Uh-oh. What happened?!" she sits up in her seat anxiously.

And so I explain everything that happened while I was away in Colombia. "What are you talking about?! You absolutely do have to tell Juan about your little encounters with that bitch!" she exclaims loudly.

"Why though? I know Juan, me telling him the things Maricella said are just going to make him angry. And then he's gonna try to confront her about it or something." I shake my head, "We don't need that right now."

She practically jumps out of her seat,"Adrianna, do you understand that this girl almost broke you and Juan up?" she flails her arms around dramatically, "She almost made you end things with the love of your life! I'm sure Juan would want to know about the little threats she's making towards you guys."

"I don't know..." tapping on my thighs nervously I shake my head, "No. I can handle her. I don't need to bring Juan into this. Besides, I don't see any other reason for that bitch to pop up in our lives again. Hopefully the night of Juan's party is the last time we see her."

"You're seriously gonna regret that." she says shaking her head but thankfully giving up.

I stand up, changing the conversation before she can bring up any other points, "Pizza sound good?"
