Mr&Mrs Cobblepot's Vow: 81- Draven Marcone Cobblepot

"So ...I leave you alone for five months to find you with Edward in City hall ...working on a escape plan ...and you killed a puppet and Mr. Penn?" I asked, making sure I was correct as we walked in a Chinese of bells or somwthing went off scaring me ..and scaring Draven.

Oswald bent down and grabbed the kid out of the cwrseat Nygma had 'borrowed' from a out of business store and started patting Draven's little bald head. Oswald grinned at me "See, i can take care of myself without your help or anybody else's."

I just stared at him.

"Dont let him fool you. He tried to get us a bodyguard that was dead, unfortunately the dummy working the dummy killed him" Edward said and clqpped his hands together as he abcked away feom us "Now, if you will excuse me Oswald, Miss Nessita, I am a very busy man."

With that he walked off to work on a 'escape plan' I turned to Oswald and raised a eyebrow, he just rolled his eyes as he calmed down Draven and I picked up the car seat placijg it on the desk in the room.

"Dont need any help, huh?"

"Shut up" he mumbled and set Draven in his little car seat, for once my heart almost melted when I seen it, a smile came to my face and I crossed my arms "You know, it has been real different without you."

"It was different without you too. Almost peaceful" I joked and and sat on the edge of the desk watching Draven drift off to sleep, he looked so cute with his little nose and cute little baby lips. The black baby clothes was so much better than a oversize GCPD shirt. I just wanna make face at him and hug him-

I must have been making a face because Oswald was laughing at something, I glared at him "Something hilarious, Cobblepot?"

He crossed his arms "Yeah. You look confused for the first time ever. I have never seen you look so..." He stopped trying to come up with the right word.

"Stupid?"

"Lost" he finally said and frowned as he went behind the desk and sat in his chair "What exactly happened? You said Blue and Crash saved you?"

I felt a pants to my heart and closed my eyes before bowing my head down "Blue fought off a guard who almost hit me in the stomach. He, uh, he got put in a puddle of water with electrical wires floating in it. He was chaired to the wall, Waoker made me a deal. She said if I killed Gordon and Bullock he could walk free."

Oswald looked at me sadly "I'm sorry."

"He told me not to, it killed him. Crash ...he is still alive just injured badly. If I knew where she was keeping him I could save him" I said and shook my head "I watxhed her kill Blue and I watched her torture Crash. They kept me safe. They kept me from having to do anything. And ...now here I am in Gotham safe while Blue is gone and Crash is no where to be found" I put my head in my hands and closed my eyes.

"Dont sorry about me, take the deal with Walker. Stay as far away from Oswald as possible and keep yourself safe. Think about yourself for once" Crash said as I finished patxhing his wounds up. He grabbed my hand and made me look him in the eye "Nessita. As your friend, promise me you will. For Blue?"

I wiped the tears from my eyes as I nodded and bowed my head "I promise" I cried as I looked back up at him "What if ai cant find you? How can I help you? You are the only friend I have left."

"You'll find me. I know you will."

The gate opened and a man walked in, he looked down on me and Craah before nodding his head "Have you made your decision?" He asked me.

I looked towards Crash as my heart dropped and said "I have."

"I dont know how to find him, I cant just sit here."

Oswald was staring at me "Well, you cant just got and searxh for him. There is no way out of Gotham. And I am not letting you out of my sights again, not after what happened this last time" he said and nodded towards Draven "There is another reason."

I just stared at him "You are seeious this time arent you?" I said as I raised a eyebrow at him.

"As serious as Sal Maroni and his money."

I snorted a laugh and rolled my eyes, the one thing uncle Sal loved more than anything, I smiled as I thought about him and nodded at Oswald.
