Isabella walks out of her room wearing her rose-colored nightgown, "Steven, where is everybody?"
Steven opens up the window to watch the sunrise, "Everyone's out..."
Isabella sighs, "Guess I'm makin' us breakfast."
While Isabella makes breakfast, Steven tries to see if the Gems would be in the temple, outside, or just warped somewhere to save the world.
Isabella puts four waffles onto a plate, covering them with syrup. She microwaves some popcorn and dumps it on the waffles. Isabella puts some whipped cream on top of it before adding a strawberry, "Done!"
Steven runs over to the breakfast, "It looks delicious!"
"I'll be right back. I have to change. Don't eat without me!" Isabella told him as she went to her room to change into a shirt and shorts.
When she walked back out, Steven and the breakfast were gone, "Of course he would eat it all! He can't resist my cooking! Steven!" Isabella called out as the temple door opened up. Isabella walked through seeing Steven swimming over to Pearl holding the together breakfast in his hand.
"I'll swim it over to you. See, doggy paddle, forward. Oh gosh, wait, doggy paddle, reverse! Reverse!" Steven falls down the waterfall.
"Steven!" Pearl and Isabella yelled.
"I'll get him!" Isabella jumped into the water, going down the water fall as well. The waterfall twists and turns as Isabella laughs, happily.
"Gimme, gimme!"
Isabella looks over to see Amethyst chasing Steven, who was still holding the breakfast. She rolls her eyes and jogs after them.
Soon, she reaches the heart of the crystal temple, but no one was there. Isabella shrugs and slides down the vein, eventually ending up with the Gems and Steven in the Burning Room.
"Oh, this is great! We're all together!" Steven yells.
Garnet turns around, gasping before noticing the smoke trying to escape the bubble.
"We can finally eat! I mean, we don't have any forks, but we can use our hands! I'm not gonna judge." Steven says as Amethyst and Pearl run over to Garnet, who was still trying to bubble the smoke.
"Steven, go!" Garnet told him.
"Okay, want to meet in the kitchen?" Steven asks as the bubble pops and the smoke escapes, expanding.
The Gems summon their weapons.
"It's trying to escape! Force it back!" Garnet told them as they fight the smoke monster.
The spirit eventually hits the breakfast, possessing it and knocking Steven down in the progress.
"Steven!"
"Ugh..." Steven groans as Isabella runs over to him.
"You okay, bro?"
"I'm okay."
The breakfast shakes.
"Together breakfast?" Steven asks.
"Steven, put it down!" Isabella told him.
The breakfast transforms into a massive monster of its ingredients and wraps Steven in its syrup.
Pearl spears it, which distracts it.
"It's taken refuge in organic matter!"
The monster hits Pearl and Isabella, sticking them to the wall with a mix of whipped cream and syrup.
"Now it has all the power of a breakfast, we have to destroy it." Garnet says.
"Aah! It's horrible!" Pearl screams as she's surrounded by whipped cream.
"I'm never eating whipped cream again!" Isabella yells.
The monster breaks Pearl's spear as Garnet punches it, getting her arm stuck while Amethyst tries to pull her out.
"I didn't want this! I just wanted to eat together like, like best buds!" Steven cries.
"Steven, you've got to get away." Garnet told him.
"But my sister's breakfast!"
The monster launches a giant waffle at both Garnet and Amethyst, which smashes them against a wall.
"That's... enough! I... don't care if you... are the most important meal of the day!" Steven starts to push the monster towards the lava well, "Isabella made you to bring us together... not to tear us apart!" Steven pushes the monster all the way into lava, destroying it.
The Gems and Isabella escape from its mess and gather around the well.
"I'm sorry guys, I guess I dreamed too big."
Back in the kitchen, the Gems, Isabella, and Steven make the breakfast again, only twice the size.
Garnet puts eight waffles on a plate, Pearl pours syrup all over it, Amethyst adds the popcorn, Isabella puts the whipped cream on top, and Steven adds the finishing touch, the strawberry.
"It looks great! It's even more together and even more breakfast!"
Steven, Isabella, and the Gems stare at it with great concern and unwillingness to eat it.
"I don't think I can eat this." Steven says.
"Let's order a pizza." Amethyst suggests as Isabella and Pearl agree.
"It did try to kill us." Garnet adds.
