Ashley had barely been able to sleep the night before- excitement had been killing her! She was regretting that lack of sleep now...and Mr Hunter's drastic transformation wasn't helping one bit! She didn't know what had happened to him the night before,  but the grudgingly polite man of yesterday was gone! And had been replaced with a monster...with five heads...that wanted to eat her!

'' Where the hell is my coffee?! I've been seated here for five minutes and I don't see it! And the Peckingwood  file?! Why isn't it on my desk?!" he lashed out at her while she stood looking at him, watching him rant. He would stop eventually...

''Why are you just standing there?!" he barked expecting her to rush out or cower in fear...he was in for a surprise!

''Mr Hunter, with all due respect, you never have coffee in the morning. Yes, your secretary told me. And the Peckingwood file is right at your elbow...under your diary." she said calmly while waiting for him to find something to yell about again.

'' Well I want coffee this particular morning- now!" he ordered as he looked down at the papers in front of him, dismissing her.

Ashley had already decided to do everything she could to keep this job, her temper wasn't going to get the best of her! She'd keep it down...for some time of course!  And anyway anger kinda did amazing things for Mr Hunter's naturally blank face! He never showed any kind of emotion! But today, his remarkably beautiful forest green eyes glowed and his chocolate brown hair, that he kept short but with a bit of lustre, had come alive as he'd shaken his head in annoyance! And just to be clear, she was being objective in her thoughts and observations!

She had reached the break room, made him a cup and was walking back to his office when her phone vibrated-

'' Hello?..." she hadn't checked caller ID as usual!

''Ashley!!! I'm totally gonna kill you!! How could you have not told me you had got a job!!!"

Ahhhh....Sheila! Of course it was her! She liked to know everything- and she'd been her best friend for six years now! She had gone for a three weeks trip with her boyfriend and Ashley hadn't been able communicate due to the time difference.

'' Sheila...I'm really sorry! Can I call you back later?! My boss wants his coffee asap, OK? I'll talk to you about everything-bye!" she said guiltily and moved to Hunter's office, only to find him pacing?!

''Where have you been?! I wanted that coffee like an hour ago!" he stormed back to his chair and sat down.

'' Sir, it has just been two minutes...I'm sorry I delayed...it won't happen again." she said apologetically...

To say Hunter was surprised was an understatement- he quickly looked at her like she'd grown to heads...was it that bad?!

''Ahh...it's ok...you can get back to work...I'll manage here..." He said with a telling flush to his cheeks... was he...blushing?!...why?...

''Ok ,sir." she walked out and went back to her office...a generously large office...almost bigger than her apartment! She had to keep this job...no matter the provocation from Mr Hunter...at least he wasn't hitting on her...and he wouldn't, he was very professional! She thought with a smile.

Work moved on smoothly for the next two weeks until the entrance of a certain woman...more like witch!

Ashley had been sitting at her desk going through Mr Hunter's schedule for the week since it was Monday, when a heavy waft of perfume almost brought her to her knees- who the heck was that?! And that's why she looked up only to see her worst enemy since highschool, walk up to her and ask- no, demanded, ''Who are you?! I thought Chase didn't have any other woman working for him apart from the other one?!" the witch asked so rudely and offensively and it was quite clear she hadn't recognized Ashley! The better though..
