Peter didn't understand what was happening when Lola looked at him with a devilish smile across her face. She started pouting like she wanted something. Then Peter turned to his right and saw a camera being shoved in his face. People around them started shouting, "Come on, just kiss the girl!" Peter knew he would lose no matter how you looked in this situation.

"Just kiss me, nobody will know," Lola said, that devilish smile taunting him.

"Except for me, and Pilar! No, I am not doing it!" Peter said screaming the last part. All over the crowd you could hear a sigh and some complaining here and there, but Peter just wanted to get to Pilar, and kiss her instead of that witch asking him to cheat. Peter was halfway through the crowd and could see Pilar, a big, wide smile laid out on her face, when Peter felt his shirt being grabbed from behind. Lola and the camera turned him around and her lips crashed onto his. Her kiss tasted like strawberries, almost as if he could still taste them. Peter could feel Lolas' smile under his lips. Peter wanted to pull away, he wanted to snap his eyes open and see Pilar standing there with the shy smile and she would tuck her hair behind her ear while looking down at the ground. But Peter knew it wasn't Pilar, and he liked it. He didn't want to admit it, but he loved it. He loved how he could just tell by the way she kissed that she liked him a lot. He loved the taste, he loved the passion, and he loved the way his mouth felt like it matched hers perfectly, even if it wasn't Pilar. Pilar was trapped in her position, frozen by the fact he hasn't broken up this kiss yet. Pilar no longer could see, because tears were filling her eyes. She turned around and ran. She ran as fast as she could.

"Looks like we have some lovebirds here! Look don't swallow each other!" The man with the microphone said. Lola finally pulled apart from his lips and walked away with a flip in her hair. Peter turned and expected to see Pilar there, but she was gone.

Pilar kept running. She ran down across the whole carnival just to find it, and she finally did.

She looked up to see a giant ferris wheel standing over her.

But before she would jump in line, she could feel more tears coming just thinking about how much he was enjoying it. So she ran to the bathrooms. Nobody was in any of the stalls, so Pilar stood over the sink and became to sob. Loudly.

"Are you okay?" Pilar lifted her head to see a girl about the same age as her with brown hair and a bright blue jacket on.

"Yeah," Pilar lied, wiping her eyes, "yeah, I just need a minute,"

"Look, one girl to another, I know you're not okay, so talk to me about it."

"I don't even know you!"

"Call me York. And you're Pilar. I heard about the fight with top dog Lola Prelz. Is this about her? Don't worry, I'm not part of her pose, I even hate her," Pilar stopped and thought to herself, 'What's the worst that could happen? I mean, maybe she'll be a friend.'

"Okay, so Lola Prelz likes my boyfriend, Peter McClain. But he never liked her back. Well, we were watching the cutest couple thing and the kiss cam and-"

"She kissed him and you're upset about it."

"Yeah," Pilar said.

"What a bitch!" York screamed.

"Whoah, calm down. See, Peter has a fear of ferris wheels, and I was thinking of going on one just to make sure he wouldn't find me."

"Can I come? Please, I love juicy drama!" York squealed.

"Sure, beats being alone. York gigled and clapped her hands.

Peter searched the entire carnival, he couldn't find her. He knew she didn't leave because he drove and his car was still in the parking lot. He couldn't think of a single place she could be that he didn't look. Then it came to him.

'The ferris wheel, the ferris wheel! She would go to the stupid ferris wheel to try and scare me!' He thought. He started sprinting towards the giant wheel taking up half the sky.

"So how did Peter and you meet?" York asked Pilar before they started spinning.

"He tackled me on accident."

"Sounds like a cute story to tell your kids."

"Yeah, that'll be a great bedtime story."

"Pilar!" The two girls turned their heads to see a panting Peter, standing there.

"Go away Peter!" Pilar screamed.

"She doesn't want to talk to you," York said.

"Look Pilar, I know I screwed up-"

"No, screwing up is forgetting to pick me up at the mall. Screwing up is forgetting about my birthday. Screwing up was not visiting me when I was in the hospital. This wasn't screwing up, Peter, this was you're own doing."

"Pilar please I didn't mean to-"

"Peter! I saw you enjoy her lips intertwined with yours! I saw the way your eyes lit up when she pulled you on top of her! You liked it! So go be with her because I am done with all of your sneak texts and messages to her. Yeah that's right, I can see your phone light up under a pillow Peter."

"Pilar-"

"Date her, because I'm done with you," and with tears flowing as fast as a river down Peters' face, the girls went up in the ferris wheel. York looked over to Pilars' face, and saw nothing but hatred. Peter sat at the bottom, put his head in his hands, and collapsed on the spot, not caring who saw.
