" Ouch," he said putting a hand over his heart. " That hurts."

Aiden then got up lending me a hand to help me get up

" Come on. We gotta go," he said

" Fine," I said in annoyance.

" Perhaps 'Fine' will be our 'Okay'," he said now smiling widely.

" Fine," I repeated

" Fine," he repeated after me as he put an arm around my shoulder and led me to his car.

When I got into the car he put a band over my eyes so I couldn't see anything. I thought he was going to kill me for a while but come on, It's Aiden. He wouldn't do such a thing. Right? When we had his eyes on the road I raised my hand up to my eyes and started lifting the band but Aiden quickly pushed my hand away. I tried this a few more times but didn't succeed once. We sat in the car in silence until the engine was turned off.

" We're here," he said as he removed the band of my eyes.

I gasped at the sight. It was so beautiful, full of life, of colour. I looked back at him and smiled. Quickly getting out of the car I ran towards the entrance with excitement. Aiden was shouting something at me but I didn't hear him. Soon I hit something and fell to the ground. The tall figure stood over me and helped me up

" Are you okay? Hope I didn't hurt you." the person seemed generally concerned.

" Y-y-yeah. I'm fine just a little sore that's it." I smiled trying to not concern them even further.

" I'm Corbin by the way," he said as he rubbed his neck with his hand.

" I'm Angela. Nice to meet you." I lifted my hand and shook his.

I could now see him clearly. He had a strong jawline which I found extremely attractive in men, pale skin, brown hair and a very well chiselled body. I looked at him for a little taking in the sight until I felt a slight tap on my shoulder. When I turned around Aiden was looking ton at me with his brows turned down making an angry face. Was he jealous? He couldn't be. That's not Aiden and it's not like we're dating anyway.

" Come on. We have so much to do and to see. We can't be wasting time." he said.

" You're right. Well, it was nice talking to you Corbin. See you around?" I asked

" Sure thing Angela. Bye." he finished and then walked away.

I looked back as he did so and waved. After I couldn't see him anymore, I turned my face towards Aiden who was now looking at me with his 'studing' face. I knew he was trying to figure out what I was thinking so I quickly turned towards the entrance again and ran as fast as I could. When he finally started running I was already halfway through the park. Stopping by the cotton candy booth I tried to catch my breath but when I did Aiden caught up with me. We then went on to enjoy the fair. We laughed, talked, joked around, took pictures and other things. We even saw two people get engaged! After roaming around we decided to go to the Ferris wheel. I bought the tickets and soon we were on our merry way to the top.

" Wow. It's so beautiful here." I said in amazement

" It really is. But I know one thing that's more beautiful than anything else in the whole entire world." He said while looking deeply into my eyes

" What is it?" I was very intrigued

" Me," he said putting a hand on his chest in pride

" You are such a narcissist. " I rolled my eyes as he laughed.

I leaned my head against his shoulder and we enjoyed the rest of the ride in silence. After getting off the ride we decided that it was time to go home. After reaching our final destination I got out of the car and waved him goodbye. He drove away and I just watched him do so. I entered my house to see my mom and dad asleep on the couch in each other's arms with the TV on. I decided not to bother them and just go to my room. I got ready and was laying in bed when my screen lit up. I reached for it and saw messages from Molly.

Molly: How was the date? ;) I need details, please.

Angela: None of your business but I'll still tell you tomorrow.

I put my phone down on the bedside table and went to sleep. The next few days were pretty much the same. School, Aiden's house, home, sleep. But Monday wasn't so average.
