"Well well." Uma said. "If it isn't our resident kitty cat. Wonder where you've been all this time huh? Oh wait we do know."
"Oh?" Chelsea asked, tilting her head to the side, her "ears" twitching slightly. "Where have I been?"
"Some of use we're hoping you'd left somehow." Uma said. "Which you kind of did. You've been avoiding coming here for reasons we don't know."
"You do know why." Chelsea huffed, crossing her arms over her chest and turning her back to them.
"Calm down lass." Harry said. "No need to get worked up."
"I am calm." Chelsea said. "I'm calm. Shut the fuck up you codfish."
"That's how you know you're not calm." Helia said. "Stop cursing out the boy when you are most certainly not calm. He's just trying to help."
"Are you defending him?" Chelsea asked. "Y'all are acting like it's weird that I disappeared but Helia defending someone? Never heard of it."
"Helia will patron anyone if they ask her to." Uma said. "You just gotta pay the price."
"You're real quiet Heather." Chelsea said with a smirk. "Why is that?"
Heather narrowed her eyes at Chelsea. She didn't like how the girl was acting innocent like she wasn't at fault here. Like she was the victim. Sure she was a victim in the many heartbreaks of Quinn Hearts, but it wasn't right of her to being Heather into her problems. Heather had nothing to do with it. Chelsea needed to keep her dramatics to herself.
She didn't need to take something from someone else when she lost something. That wasn't how it worked.
There had to be some sort of rule on that with friendship, not that Heather would have followed it if she was in Chelsea's shoes.
"Leave Heather be." Helia said with a scowl. "She's done nothing to you."
"But it wouldn't kill her to say hello to me would it?" Chelsea asked, raising an eyebrow as she smirked at Heather. Heather grit her teeth, balling her fists at her sides.
"Fuck off Chelsea." Heather said. "No one asked you to come here."
"Oh?" Chelsea said. "I don't need to be invited to show up. I'll just show up."
"Well then." Uma said. "We are inviting you to leave."
"Are you?" Chelsea asked, laughing hysterically. "I leave when I want to Uma. I don't take orders from you. I don't take don't from anyone."
"Yes you do." Helia said. "She's just not here right now."
"Leave me alone Helia." Chelsea said, huffing and crossing her arms over her chest with a pout.
"Did I hurt your feelings?" Helia asked innocently. "Pardon me Chelsea. Didn't think you cared about her anymore."
"I don't."Chelsea grumbled. "I don't care."
"It seems you do." Helia said. "Otherwise you wouldn't have been avoiding us would you, Chelsea? Afraid we'll see you cry? That's a foolish stereotype. You have every right to cry if you wanted to."
"I've never seen you cry." Chelsea said. "And I did cry, I'm not going to lie about that."
Chelsea stared into the distance, letting her thoughts take over her as Uma, Helia, Gil, Harry and Heather watched her not knowing what they were supposed to do. Where they go interrupt her moment of recollection or where they supposed to interrupt it and prove a point? Heather didn't know what she wanted to do but she wanted to give Chelsea a moment just to be nice.
When Chelsea recollected herself, after a few minutes of staring blankly at a wall. She broke their silence.
"What are you looking at?" Chelsea snapped.
"Nothing." Helia said with a smirk. "Nothing at all."
"Are you calling me a Nothing?" Chelsea said. "Because that would be rude."
"I was doing no such thing." Helia said, placing a hand dramatically over her chest. "You are a somebody. A somebody that is very annoying and rude. With an attitude ."
"That rhymes." Gil said, chuckling slightly.
"Thank you for understanding Gil." Helia said. "These people don't understand me."
"What did any of this have to do with us understanding you-?" Uma asked. "Never mind don't answer that."
"So where's your boy toy I've heard so much about?" Harry asked, polishing his hook with a rag.
"Oh him?" Chelsea asked, waving her hand dismissively. "We're not a thing anymore. We were for three months but that was it. I didn't like him. What about you Harry? Where's your girlfriend? Haven't seen her around. Did she leave you?"
"Chelsea stop. We don't need you to be starting fights that you can't finish." Uma said, as Harry easier his hook in the air. "And calm down Harry. Don't let her get to you. That's what she wants."
"She doesn't need to bring Sam into this does she?" Harry said. "When she isn't here..."
"Hold up." Chelsea said. "Sam isn't here? Like not on this Isle? Like in Auradon?"
"Where the fuck you think she was?" Helia asked.
"And now that I look around HJ isn't here either." Chelsea said. "That explains why Heather is so quiet."
"Yes." Uma said. "That's the only reason ."
"I know." Chelsea said. "You saw me with the guy you liked. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings if you thought that was what I was doing."
"Sure Chelsea." Heather said, rolling your eyes. "Whatever you say."
"You don't have to be a bitch about it." Chelsea mumbled, not thinking Heather heard her.
"Of course I'm going to be a bitch about it." Heather said. "I have every right to be. You knew I liked him but you did it anyway."
"Yes." Chelsea said. "And I apologized for my sins."
"What apology?" Gil asked as Chelsea groaned in annoyance.
"He's right." Harry said, having collected himself. "You never did apologize."
"I'm sorry." Chelsea said, not sounding like she meant it. Heather knew she wasn't going to get anything better from her so she accepted it.
"Now that this is settled." Heather said, getting up. "I'm going to go to sleep. Goodbye."
She didn't let any of them stop her, walking aimlessly to the hide out she and her brother had shared. She slipped into her room and instantly fell asleep when she laid on her bed.
