✎ letter thirty

Minho woke up before everyone else. It was deadly quiet in the house. Jisung slept peacefully beside him. Minho sneaked out of the bed and took the gun from the drawer. He walked out of the room and down the stairs. People were sleeping in the living room on mattress. Jeongin slept in the couch. No one of them wanted to leave.

Minho put on his jacket and opened the door so quiet he could. He stepped outside and closed the door. Now to the hard part of his plan, finding Levi.

Minho guesses he was in his home. It took him forever to get to Levi's house. The blood was still everywhere. It made Minho's throat close up. He looked up from the floor and walked into the house. He searched every room, jumping at all sudden sounds, but he didn't find Levi anywhere. He was somehow relieved. The house freaked him out.

Minho was about to walk out of the house when he saw a door he hadn't opened. He took a careful step forward and opened the door. It was a staircase leading down on the other side. Minho knew he probably shouldn't go down there, but he did it anyway.

It was some sort of basement. It was dimly lit and quiet. The walls were of stone and a table stood in the middle of the room. A door was to his left. Minho relaxed a little bit. It seemed like there was nothing dangerous down here.

He walked up to he door and opened it. Maybe he shouldn't have opened that door. There, on the bloody floor, laid Felix and Changbin. Their lifeless eyes stared at Minho.

Minho shut the door and ran. Their dead bodies were imprinted on his eyelids. He could feel the tears burn. He never wanted to go back to this house again. He wanted to forget that he saw his best friend's dead body. He didn't want to see one more corpse.

Minho stumbles out of the house, but stopped on the lawn. The person he had been looking for was right in front of him. Levi looked surprised. He had dark circles under his eyes and his clothes were dirty.

"What are you doing here?" He asked and rose an eyebrow.

Minho didn't respond, he just pointed the gun at Levi's head. His hands shook and the sweat stung in his eyes. Levi smiled sweetly.

"You're holding it like an amateur. And it isn't loaded." He said and shook his head.

Minho stood still for some seconds. He pointed the gun to the side and fired it. It was loaded. The gun vibrated in his hands and his ears ached due to the loud gun shot. Levi shrugged.

"You're not stupid. Thought that might have had worked. Well, you're not gonna shoot me, right?" Levi said and tilted his head to the side.

Minho pointed the gun back at Levi and narrowed his eyes. He wasn't afraid anymore, mostly because he knew the gun worked. But he just felt rage when he looked at Levi. He had killed so many people, for what?

Before Minho could pull the trigger he heard someone yell his name. Minho looked to his right, seeing Jisung. He was confused, why were Jisung here?

"What are you doing here?" Minho asked.

He didn't lower the gun. Levi looked annoyed on the other side of the gun. He glared at Jisung like he interrupted their moment.

Minho reach out his hand for Jisung, but he didn't take it. Instead he walked and stood in front of Levi. He looked at Minho, plead in his eyes. Minho didn't understand what he was doing.

"I know he killed many people, like Chan and Changbin. But haven't you had enough of murder?" Jisung whispered.

Minho blinked away the tears and tightened the grip on the gun. He couldn't pull the trigger when jisung was standing there. Levi had to die though, so he had to get Jisung out of the way.

"Do you think Chan had wanted this? Do you think he wanted you to be a murder!?" Jisung yelled, feeling panic.

Minho's heart stopped beating for a couple of seconds. Then it started to beat again. Jisung looked like he regretted what he said, but what is said is said.

Minho did lower the gun. He throw it to the side with all force he got. Jisung let out a shaky breath and took a step towards him. He didn't get long before Levi stabbed him in the stomach.
