Winter - Chapter 5

Angel's POV

"The hell!" sigaw naming tatlo dahil isa't kalahating linggo na naming iniimbestigahan kung sino man ang nagnanakaw ng pera dito sa kompanya ni kuya D. "Break time! Dude, I'm exhausted." reklamo ni Black.

"Shut up, Black. Just do your fvck'n job." I said in a serious tone. Pero alam ko namang hindi ako pakikinggan nito. "Every Sunday when we were at New York we have day offs! I can also bed different women there pero wala pa rito." lumabi siya.

"Pervert." Allyson glared at Black. "Kung hindi niyo lang kasi ako binasted edi hindi ako ganito." ani Black. "You're not my type." sabay naming sinabi ni Allyson. "O, siya sige na! Tanggap ko nang hindi niyo ako type but please let's eat outside!" Maktol niya.

Hindi kami sumagot at abala lang kami sa paghahanap ng pruweba. Hanggang sa nag-ingay ulit si Black. "Fine, motherfvckers! My treat!" gusot ang mukha na iminungkahe sa amin at nagkatitigan nalang kami ni Allyson at napangisi. "Okay, let's go." we both said.

"Wala kang kwentang bilyonarya." rinig ko na ibinulong ni Black. "Kanino ba nanggagaling iyang sweldo mo, aber?" tanong ko nang hindi nakaharap sa kanya dahil naghahanda kami ni Allyson para sa pag-alis naming tatlo. He just sighed dahil alam niyang talo na ang sarili niya.

Kakarating lang namin dito sa isang café upang magmeryenda dahil kanina pa nagrereklamo si Black. Pareho kaming naka-dress ni Allyson and I am wearing my rounded eyeglasses. Seryoso kaming pumasok sa pintuan at bigla kong naramdaman ang pag-vibrate ng aking cellphone at napatingin ako sa aking sling bag.

Bigla nalang akong may nabangga dahil hindi ko natingnan ang aking dinaraanan kanina. Napaupo pa siya sa sahig and suddenly, I felt sorry for her and there's also a feeling of guilt inside me.

"Are you okay, miss?" I asked her but she just looked at me and she didn't answer my question when I helped her to get up. She was just staring at me with some surprised kind of emotion until her tears began to fall.

"Lady A, I think she's hurt because you just made her tear up." he teased me for making that girl tear up. "Will you shut your mouth, Black?" I warned him then Allyson hit him at the back of his head.

"I'm really sorry for bumping you, miss." I apologized sincerely for what I did. "O-okay lang ako. Malayo yun sa bituka at hindi naman ako nasugat eh." she replied being shy to us or because of me?

"That's good to hear." I said in a polite way and I feel relieved about her being okay.

"Ako nga pala si Nikki." I was really surprised when she told her name to me and waiting for me to shook her hand. "I'm Jared!" pangunguna nito at nakipag-shake hands na kay Nikki raw.

"Allyson here." same goes for her, she already introduced herself while me on the other hand is making a tough kind of decision if I should tell my name or not but in the end, I told her my fvck'n name! "I'm Angel."

"Black, yung kamay mo. You can let her go now, mukhang kailangan niya nang umalis." Banta ko rito dahil hindi pa niya binibitawan ang kamay ng dalagita. "Sorry." paumanhin nito sa dalagita and she just nod as if that was okay.

"Bye. It's so nice to meet you all." saad nito sa amin and we just nod at her while smiling and then she went out.

"I didn't expect that to happen." I sighed as I walk to find a table for us three. Luckily, I found a seat for us facing the window. "Diba siya pa rin 'yon?" ani Allyson sabay turo sa babae na nabangga ko kanina. "His boyfriend is so sweet! He's on time to fetch her home." dagdag pa nito.

I admit that he is sweet. But, I don't even care. "Shut up, Al." busangot na sinabi ni Jared. Type kasi nito yung si Nikki pero dahil may boyfriend na, parang napahiya siya ulit sa amin. "Whatever." ismid naman ni Allyson.
