Winter - Chapter 7

Angel's POV

"All of you already know who am I, right?" I asked as I entered the conference room, that I owned, as I sit on the center. They all nod as their answer to my question. "Good." I smirked.

"Oh, right. I want to apologize for making you all wait for that long." I added. "It's okay for us, Lady A. Besides, it's worth it." he smiled sincerely. "Shall we begin?" I asked them and the room was filled with silence as a sign that we will begin.

"I want to congratulate first to our new mafia lord, who got the position of Mr. Overkill." I smiled at the man beside Nigel. He just bow his head down on me.

"I came here just to grant your wishes to see me in person, but not our whole faces." I chuckled a bit. I'm wearing a unique glasses that I made to hide my eyebrows and eyes. "Can we also offer you a business partnership with you, Lady A?" an old man asked.

"Why not? As long as my companies are safe and no one is attacking me from behind, I would gladly accept your offers." I told them. Those 11 years that have passed, I got the chance to built different companies around the world. Hindi lang ang WMA company ang pagma-may ari ko.

There are Royal Duke Enterprise --which is in the third rank successful companies in the world--, Zachary V Estate Organization -- on the fourth rank --, Zafirah V Agency -- the fifth rank --, Zachariah V Corporation -- the sixth rank --, and the last company that I also owned is the Clark Industry -- the seventh rank --. They have different branches around the world and only the WMA company I want to be just one branch only here in my country.

"Thank you for accepting our offers, Lady A." they all said but only Mr. Miller didn't ask for partnership or anything. "Is there a problem with me, Mister Miller?" I asked in a serious kind of tone. Something is definitely off in him.

He just shook his head and stared at me with different kinds of emotions he have in his eyes. "I still need to finish something. I need to go but the meeting is not yet done, we'll continue if I have time again. Dismissed." I said and left rhe room without waiting to Nigel and Moon.

I was about to get in my brand new car which is Lamborghini, that I bought yesterday, when someone suddenly pulled me. "Angel Duke." a baritone voice called. I look at that man and I was surprised for a second. "Mister Miller." I mumbled in a cold kind of tone and snatched my arms back.

"Who are you really?" he asked while using a furrowed forehead. "That's too personal to ask. You already know me, I'm Angel Duke, everyone knows that, Miller. The only thing I can say for now is that, you already know me well." I smirked and I get in my car and started my engine then drove off.

"What the fvck did I just say to that man?!" I shouted at myself because of frustration. "What am I even thinking back there. Fvck!"

Micu's POV

She left me with those words that gave me some shivers. She just told me that I know her that well. Napailing-iling nalang ako at tinungo ko ang aking sasakyan. "Para siyang si Winter kung umasta." bulong ko sa aking sarili na ikinakirot ng aking puso. Fvck that thoughts of mine!

"She's still a traitor. Remember that always, Micu." I whispered on myself. Nang makarating ako sa aking sasakyan at agad na nakasakay. Binuhay ko ito at agad na pinaharurot patungo sa bahay ni Ms. Devil.

Kailangan ko siyang kausapin upang matulungan akong pabagsakin ang Lady A na 'yon. Muntik na akong mamatay noon dahil sa kapahamakang naganap na wala man lang akong dalang armas. Pero buti nalang at nagtagumpay pa rin ako.

Nang makarating ako sa bahay ni Ms. Devil ay agad akong lumabas sa aking sasakyan at mabilis na pinasok ang bahay nito. Naabutan ko naman siya sa sala na kumakain lang ng mansanas habang nanonood.
