Chapter 9: Scarlet

Fuu, kapagod. Kakatapos ko lang i-set-up ang head gear and after that ay naglinis muna ako ng buong kwarto ko dahil medyo madumi na. Ayoko pa naman ng magulo at madumi dahil sabi nga nila, what you do reflects your personality.

"Deb, anak, baba na. dinner's ready."

"Ok ma." Pagkatapos kong maglipit ay bumaba na ako para kumain.

Meet my Tacipit family.

My mother, Rowena Tacipit, a full pledge Elementary Teacher. Serving for almost 15 years and was once awarded as the most hardworking teacher around the country.

My Father, Ernesto Tacipit. A CEO of an Industrial Corporation. They provide raw builing materials and they also build structures. Pwedeng contractual or purchase method. I don't know these things kaya di ko na i-eexplain.

My brother Philip, a bodyguard of a company. Not just a company, but the L Corporation, the manufacturer and producer of the first VR console and the first VR game in the world.

My ugly sister, Mia a primary schooler. Kahit pangit yan, mahal na mahal ko yan. Kaya kung sino man ang manlait sa kanya, ako ang makakalaban nila. Ako lang dapat ang tumawag na pangit sa kaniya.

I have two more brothers which they aren't here currently.

"Our dish for today is Adobong Manok, Chiken Curry, Tinolang Manok, and Fried Chicken."

"Ma, bakit puro manok?" tanong ko sa nanay ko.

"Alam mo kapatid, I got Chicken Dinner kanina kaya dapat manok ang ulam natin ngayong gabi."

"Kuya, di mo ako ininvite kanina ah. Ang daya."

"Psshh, wala ka naman maitutulong eh. Ni gumamit ang ng pistol di mo alam. Talo ka pa ni panget, atleast nakakill na siya."

"Hmmph. Makakakill rin ako."

Kung di niyo alam ang pinag-uusapan naming well I'll tell you. Me, my sister, and my brother Philip play the classic game PUBG for fun. Isa itong battle royale na may 99 na kalaban and may the best warrior win. Patayan kayong lahat sa buong map and after sometime a blue circle will appear to restrict the zone where you can move. Paliit ng paliit ang circle hanggang sa buong mapa ang mabalutan ng circle and that will be the time where the winner will be decided. The objective is simple and clear. Pick up weapons, kill all enemies, and be the last man standing.

There are 3 modes here, the Solo, Duo, and Squad. Squad consists of four members. The same objective pero iba ang numbers. Sikat parin ito sa buong mundo kahit na maraming battle royale games na nagsulputan. Kaya tinawag itong classic dahil this game was developed noong Millenial era pa. ilang years na ang nakalipas pero buhay parin ito at sikat parin. Hindi na ako magtataka kung sa mga susunod na taon ay gagawa sila ng PUBG VR. At that time, siguro makakakill na ako.

My brother is a pro in this game kaya kung minsan nagyayabang siya sa amin. At ang mas malala pa, mas magalimg pa sa akin ang pangit kong kapatid. Hindi naman ako gaanong magaling sa paglalaro, minsan may mga genre lang talaga na magaling ako, at may mga genre na hindi ko kayang laruin. Give me word and board games, tiyak, talo si kuya.

"Oy Deb, hanapin moko mamaya sa game. Name ko PH. I. LIP."

" May VR gear ka narin kuya? Ay teka, ang pangit ng name na ginawa mo. Sobrang classic naman, tsaka nilagyan mo lang ng space at dot ang pangalan mo. Ewwww, baduy."
