Chapter 21: Young and Fresh

"Soooo how does it feel?" Cho cho asks while eating some chips.

"Hmm? How does what feel?" Sarada walks by her side, just looking around at all the people doing everyday stuff.

"Well you are getting married you know, i thought youd be a little more excited!" She nudges her arms lightly. Sarada smiles when she remembers him proposing, she was joking around at the time, but that was one of the most happiest moments of her life.

"It feels amazing cho cho...it was like yesterday I was going on missions with konohamaru sensei, mitsuki and boruto. Now im getting married to him. Heh, hero of the leaf they call him." she smiles widely, holding her bolt necklace that he gave her. "Never thought we'd be here today, its gonna be great... It has to. Right?" She turns to cho cho.

"Ive known you two since we were in the academy, always fighting, always arguing. You two were the opposites of each other. Youd become the worse people you can see when you two were at it." Sarada smiles turns into a frown. "Jeez, way to keep it honest channaro"

"Then when you became a team, alot changed, you didnt notice it but we all definitely did. You would look at him weirdly and be more polite, or try to." She says, finishing the chips in her bag.

"Cho cho did you really observe me that well? Haha" sarada says, putting her hands on her hips and moving closer to her.

"Well... Yeah. Youre my best friend you know. And besides, its fun! Watching you and boruto is like watching one of my movies, really dramatic." She jokes.

"Oh shut up!.....and... Yeah, im really glad that you are my best bud cho cho, frankly i dont know what id be doing without you." She hugs cho cho and she blushes abit.

"Alright alright, quit the soft girl, bring back my sarada. Because we're going to have some fun! Come on, they should be right around here."

"What? Who are we meeting?"

"Hehehehe"

Meanwhile...

"Hmm.... I dont know..."

"Oh come on! You can do it!" iwabe says, handing him a small cup of alcohol. This is his first time drinking, they were all at Ichiraku's.

"Look, I think Mitsuki is quite good at this" Inojin points at mitsuki, totally drunk after they gave him two bottles and challenged him to drink it all under a minute. He wobbles over to boruto's table and sits next to him.

"Hey... Heyy boruto, you..... *burps...you....youre my sun..." mitsuki says and does a weird smile. Boruto looks unsure as ever now. But then they had to cheer.

"Do it! Do it! Do it!"

"Hargh damn you guys dattebasa" he drinks the shot and gulps it. His eyes quince and his tongue sticking out.

"So?" metal says, hes about to have his first time too, iwabe and denki waiting anxiously for boruto's answer with excitement. Shikadai with his arms crossed over his chest, smiling proudly.

"Hmm, not that bad" he smiles at them. And they all cheer like a crazy bunch of people, ordering some food to settle them for lunch, tomorrow was gonna be even more crazier, one, because of the Bachelors party, and another..... Boruto's birthday.

Then shikadai knocks the table lightly with his glass, catching everyone's attention.

"Today, we ninja have to prepare for a very special mission, getting this man here the birthday and bachelor party of his life!" They all scream in agreement. Then he changes his tone, getting serious now.

"Hey hey... *burps... Quiet, shikadai hasnt finished yet." Mitsuki says, he instantly drops and just falls asleep on the table. Boruto taps his back lightly and smiles.

"He has been with us from the start, helping us in every endeavor, being there when we needed him the most. Hes one of the reasons we're all here right now, together like this. So here's to boruto." He raises his glass and they all cheers. "To boruto"

Boruto's heart was touched, mostly because he was a tinsy bit drunk when he heard himself talk, but he could make out most of the words. It was only 3:00pm in the afternoon. "Ohhhh.... Shes gonna kill me" he thought as his friends continue to laugh all around him.

Ryochin Shopping Mall.

"Ahhh sarada chan!! We just heard the news! Congratulations!!!" Namida screams and hugs her. She smiles back and thanks her. Sumire and wasabi just came out of one of the shops.

"He... Hey sarada, congratulations." sumire says softly, her face a little dissapointed but she was trying make the happiest expression she could. Its true that she really did feel happy for her, a small part of her just didnt...

"Thank you, sumire" she takes sumire's hands into hers, a sincere look on her face that showed she was grateful that sumire maybe finally got over him.

"Now girls, shall we have some fun or not?!" Cho cho grabs their attention and they all put on am excited look.

Shop to shop they visited, not missing any one. Buying clothes here and there, going on a fashion spree.

"Hmm we need something for his birthday party, you need to look great, absolutely stunning, it'll make him and all the other boys drool over you."

"Ehmm cho cho that sounds abit extensive, dont you think? I mean..." She says cutely, a slight blush covered her face.

"Come on saradaa, its his birthday, dont you wanna see him freak out over how awesome youre gonna look?"

"Hn, fine" watching him get all fuzzy over how she looked would be something to see she thought.

"I agree with cho cho, watching boruto kun blush is like most wonderful thing in the world." Namida says out of knowhere, she didnt realize she was speaking her mind.

"Namida! Hes getting married!" Wasabi nudges her arm. "And thats gonna be his wife over there dummy" she whispers but sarada was already snaring at her. "Eh hehe, sorry"

"Now go try on this, this , this, oh and sumire got you some of these and.. " cho cho hands over a bunch of dresses and clothes over to sarada.
She was overwhelmed, "well, this is...something else" she sighs but accepts it nonetheless, outings like these don't come very often anyways.

Later...

"Wow... " namida says, looking in awe at sarada as she walks out of the fitting room for the bazilionth time. She wore a white traditional japanese dress with a short skirt and a slight of a modern touch to it, it gave her just abit of cleavage at her centre to make it look cute.

"So how do i look?" she twirls around, her long locks moving smoothly with her.

"You look.... Really beautiful sarada" even sumire had to admit with her eyes widened like that.

"Thats it then, thats the one, he'll love it." Cho cho says proudly, clapping her hands. Sarada smiles as she looks at herself in the mirror.

"Heh, didnt think id be doing all this just for you. Damn baka." She smiles at that last bit, loving him with all her heart.

Meanwhile...

"So... *burp... Then what happened?" Shikadai says while shushing everyone.

"*Burps..hehehe , then i kissed her, it was the single, most craziest.... *burps... Thing, ive ever done in my life dattebasa"

"Haahahaha, you are the hero borutoooooooo sannn" denki says, leaning on iwabe and holding up his glass.

"I said hi....to cho cho. And now...*burps... Shes my girlfriend. How bout that damn it!" Iwabe puts his cup on the table rather loudly. And they all applaud like monkeys.

"Guyssss, i think we got an under.... agee here. " metal points to daisuke standing with his arms crossed at the door.

"Daisuke? *burps... Wha.. What are you doing here dattebay..sa"
