The next 2 weeks went by quickly and you were finally back in Davenport with Colby. You had been dating for 7 months and you couldn't believe how amazing it had been.
You were planning a surprise birthday party for Colby and he was down at his wrestling academy. You had it all planned out - you were taking Colby out for breakfast, spending all day at the lake, having lunch, and heading back to his place to get ready for dinner and head down to the restaurant. You had reserved the entire back area of Colby's favorite restaurant.
Later that afternoon, you were on the phone with the bakery when Colby came walking in. You quickly hung up and walked over to him and wrapped your arms around his waist and kissed him. He pulled back and smiled at you and kissed your forehead. The two of you spent the resy of the day watching Harry Potter movies and eating junk food.
A couple of days later, it was finally Colby's birthday. You woke up and quietly slipped into the shower. While you were rinsing the soap off of your body, you heard the curtain move back slightly and Colby slipped inside behind you. He wrapped his arms around you and kissed your neck and the two of you showered together and (very carefully) had sex in the shower.
Once you were done showering, you got out and slid on a pair of black high waist shorts and put on a red Seth Rollins T-Shirt that you cut into a crop top and slid on a pair of sandals. You threw your swimsuit into your tote bag and went into the living room and saw Colby wearing a pair of swim trunks and a Black and Brave T-Shirt and a pair of flip flops.
Once you were finished with breakfast, you got back into Colby's car in the driver's seat and he slid into the passenger seat. You pulled out your phone and snapped a selfie if the two of you smiling widely. Colby leaned over and kissed your cheek as you snapped another picture. You quickly opened Instagram and posted both and captioned it "Happy Birthday to my handsome boyfriend. I can't wait for you to see what I have planned for you *winking face emoji* I love you, Colby Daniel!". He liked it and commented "Thank You so much, babe! I love you".
After you got to the beach, you threw your hair up into a messy bun and slid on your swimsuit:

You walked out of the changing room and walked back over to Colby and the two of you headed down to the sand. Colby set up the umbrella and you spread out the towels side by side. You laid down on your back and Colby laid down on your left side. You held his hand and the two of you enjoyed the quiet together. After a couple of minutes, you rolled over onto your stomach and read your book and Colby rolled over and read his magazine. You were about to say something when some guys walked over and stood in front of the two of you. "Excuse me.. Miss?" You sat up and looked at them through your sunglasses. "Yes?" "We were wondering.. Can one of us have your number?". Colby stood up and got in their face. "You two need to leave. My GIRLFRIEND and I are trying to enjoy some alone time" "She's dating YOU? Don't see it". You got up and stood between them and pushed your back against Colby and he backed up a little bit. "You guys need to leave. Now. We're here to enjoy my boyfriend's birthday so please, leave us alone or I'll let my WWE Superstar boyfriend kick both of your asses". The guys took a step back and realized who he was. They walked off and you turned around to face Colby and he bent down and grabbed your face in his hands and kissed you passionately. "Cole, don't worry about them. They're just a couple of morons". Colby smiled at the nickname you gave him and kissed you. "Let's get out of here".
