*Michael's Point Of View*

I don't understand why life has to be so harsh. It can be so great at times, then terrible at other's. It's definitely a roller coaster that I am growing tired of. But I know this ride just prepares me for the next. If it wasn't for the ride, I wouldn't be where I am today. Unfortunately I would rather not be on the ride today.

"Mike. Man, I know we haven't been on the best of terms...", Ryan interrupts, as I scan the Bible study room for David. "Ryan, Now isn't the time...", I reply, taking one quick glance at him before continuing down the hall. He is silent for a moment, probably try thinking up something else to say.

"Mike, I just want to apologize... I really abused the privilege of having you as a friend. And that was wrong of me...", He admits, following me into the next room. I roll my eyes and ignore him. I have no time for this right now. "David? David?!", I call, entering a small room, that is a few doors down from the bible study room.

"Mike, Did you hear me?", Ryan asks desperately. I inhale deeply a few times before answering him. "Look, That's nice. It really is but right now I'm in the mist of finding my son's partner. I only have a few hours to be here. Within those hours, I want to see my son marry David, catch up with everyone's lives and maybe have some alone time with my wife. Now excuse this, but can you please shut the Hell up? I'm asking nicely.", I say all in one breath.

Ryan stares at me for two minutes before nodding. "Thank-you.", I exhale, entering the small room. "David?", I call scanning the room. "David are you in here man?", Ryan recalls after me. I glance back at him. "I got this...", He nods, backing up. I shake my head, turning back to the room. I spot something from the corner of my eye. The figure moved quickly, so I can't say who it is. But I have an idea.

"Ryan, check outside for me. I'll continue in here.",-"Alright Mike.", He obliges, quickly turning to jog out. Once he is out of sight, I follow the direction in which the figure went. Which leads me out of the small room and back into the Bible study room. I slowly walk up to the now closed door. God, let him be in here. Please. I sigh and precede inside of the room.

As soon as I step inside, my eyes catch his. Clear as day; David Taylor. "David... We've been looking for you.", I stress, closing the door behind me. David hangs his head lowly, taking a seat at the wooden round table before us. "I didn't know you were coming?", He beats around the bush. I walk over to him and take the next chair beside him.

"Why are you running and hiding David?", He plays with his green, mint tie avoiding eye contact. "David... Talk to me.", He sighs, finally glancing up at me. "I don't know...", He answer's, quickly glancing down again. This time I sigh. "David please look at me when you're talking.",-"I can't...", I furrow my eyebrows.

"Why?",-"I-I just can't.", I pinch the bridge of my nose, feeling my frustration building. "David just look at me...", He reluctantly obeys, biting down his bottom lip nervously. "Mister Jackson I have a confession...", He says softly. I wait for him to continue. "I Love Brandon. I really do. And I want to marry him. But there's something stopping me...", He admits, his pupils broadening.

I wipe my face, awaiting the bad news. "What's holding you back?", He glances at my marital ring then my lips. "You. You're holding me back", He whispers, leaning into my face.

*Marilyn's Point Of View*

"Brandon, Honey you have to come out. You really do.", I plead for the millionth time. I've been at this for fifteen minutes; trying to convince Brandon to come out of the bathroom. He's talking, but refuses to leave the stall. Yuli is helping as well. You would think on how convincing she can be, that she would be able to lour Brandon out; epic failure.
