It all started in high school with a couple of girls named Jin Seo and Go Eun. The class president and class clown who's lives were forever changed when a group of 7 boys came into it.
The two girls never thought their lives would unfold as they did...
This part will be a simple bulleted list for events I will not be putting great detail into so I can push the story forward. We are nearing the last few chapters now!
- Go Eun and Jun Hoe had an elegant wedding joined by their friends and families. Jun Hoe definitely cried when he saw Go Eun walking down the aisle and Chan Woo had to pass him many tissues per his best man duties.
- Ji Won and Han Bin were present at the wedding, despite what had happened years prior Jun Hoe still invited them since they had been friends for so long. They sat in the back of the church, Ji Won did his best to hide his discomfort.
- A year after Chan Woo proposed, Jin Seo and he married, it was a small wedding with only their immediate family and close friends. Han Bin was not invited. Jin Seo knows how to hold a grudge and Chan Woo was not going to go up against her wishes.
- Han Bin heard about the wedding and spent that day in a bar getting drunk and hitting on any woman in his sight. Ji Won picked him up after the wedding and scolded him for his gross behavior in public. Han Bin fell asleep that night wondering if things could have been different.

- Jin Hwan and Soo Hyun had a baby girl, Seo Ji, and Go Eun was hard-pressed to relinquish her time spent holding the baby until Jun Hoe reminded her that if she "held on to that baby any longer she might have been charged with kidnapping!"
- Baby fever ran rampant in the Koo household, but the couple decided it would be best to wait a few more years into marriage to have their first child.
- Jin Seo and Chan Woo continued to focus on their careers and themselves. Neither of them was particularly interested in adding to the household but promised that if that thought changed for either one of them they would sit down and have a serious talk about it.

- Han Bin was heard from less and less by the group of friends after Chan Woo and Jin Seo's wedding. Ji Won told them he was really focused on work, and it wasn't a lie. Han Bin was constantly at the office, always showing up early and leaving late.
- Ji Won was ever present in the group, he tried his best to let things be and repair his friendship with Jun Hoe. Go Eun even grew to be friendly with him once more - still unaware of what was said in the vehicle the day they got in the accident.
- Ji Won would do his best to update Han Bin on their friends, though he seemed disinterested in everyone. Ji Won worried for his health, both mental and physical, as he didn't appear to be taking care of himself.
- Han Bin continued to struggle with himself, he was an excessive drinker and an insomniac. Ji Won told him on many occasions that he was going to die if he kept up his lifestyle, it wasn't fair for him to continue treating himself this way. Ji Won finally said what he needed to all along...
- "You've got to let it go. It's been years - move on."
- Ji Won left Han Bin to figure his own shit out and the day that Han Bin came seeking him out was the day that he felt things would be looking up for his best friend.

- Han Bin began taking better care of himself. He continued to stay rather distant from the friend group but slowly began getting back in touch with everyone aside from Chan Woo and Jin Seo.
- Go Eun successfully achieved her goal and became a trauma surgeon while Jin Seo settled into her new promotion as program manager of speech therapy at her facility.
- Jun Hoe was recognized as an outstanding lawyer in his firm.
