I came in and out of conciosness after the encounter with the demon. When I finally woke I was in a dark cramped space that had a slightly musty smell. I tried to move my legs but found the space was smaller than I thought and then I realized where I must be: the trunk of the car. The trunk is the only musty place that could possibly be this small! "Blake! Blake let me out!" I screamed as loud as I could while banging on the trunk as hard as I could in such a cramped space.

I heard tires squeel on pavement and felt the car come to a stop. I heard Blake open the his door and the sound of his feet walking across the pavement. Suddenly I was blinded by light as Blake opened the trunk.

"Why the hell am I in the trunk?!" I demanded.

"Your in there because I could've sworn you were dead, you do know you have been in there a day and a half right?" He said with a look that told me more than he was comfortable sharing.

"Blake we've been over this, if I was dead I would have no pulse and I wouldn't be breathing just help me up and we can go over the details then." I said.

Blake took my forearm and pulled me up, as soon as I was up right I collapsed backwards on top of Blake. He caught me and staggered as he tried to keep us both upright, once he got his balance again he gently pushed me into a standing position as my legs buckled underneath my weight. "Easy there Janice I've gotcha sis..." Blake said as he waited for me to push my legs back up.

Slowly he guided me to the passenger door before he leaned me against the side of the car as he got the door for me. Suddenly my wound started to burn and I managed to sit in the seat of the car before doubling over as I let out a muffled groan as my wound slowly started hurting. I pulled my hand away and saw it was covered in blood.

Blake got my legs in the car as he placed my hands over the wound and had me pressure as he shut the door. I couldn't the whole wound so I covered as much as I could as Blake drove as fast as he could as I tried to slow some of the bleeding but it was almost a waste of effort as I could feel the little strength I had fading as I fought to awake. "Blake I don..." I mumbled.

"You don't what Janice? Janice? Janice?!" I heard him yell, his yell echoed in my ears as I felt him shake my leg while he looked franticly from my hands and my face to the as he was trying to drive to the hospital about an hour's drive away at the normal speed limit at the speed Blake was going when I last looked at the spinomoter we would be there in at least half that.
