Tamra stood before us, I looked up as Damien became excited. I watched in horror as slowly the moon turned red; the Blood Moon. I stumbled out of the car but I was too late, I screamed as the change took over, Damien's true was out and there was nothing I could do as the curse consumed us.

I saw Elizabeth and Martin watch me with wide, terrified eyes. I led out a growl as Damien rose to his feet. Tamra watched us in fascination, she was amused. Then Damien spoke to me, something he's never done in his true form. "Adam, meld with me and we will turn the curse on her. We must do it know if you want to save your girlfriend..." Damien said, he still poked fun at me...

It was difficult but I managed to meld with him. The curse took over, Elizabeth's fear fueled it, a deep and sickening hunger opened inside of us. Damien clawed at the ground, we were no longer wolf, we were something more, something terrifying. "Go ahead, feed, taste their fear? Hear their hearts beating in terror as they cower like rabbits? They're weak, defenseless and so easy to rip apart..." Tamra crooned.

Slowly we approached the car, hypnotized by Tamra's words. "It would be so easy, you could pin them down, rip them apart slowly. You could let them run and play with them, hunt them then end them gruesomely..." Tamra continued to push us. Damien and I were lost, nothing but curse existed...

"Adam, Damien, listen. I know you are in there, don't listen to her!" Elizabeth pleaded, her voice hardly penetrated the red haze filling our mind. We raised our nose and let out a terrifying, blood chilling howl. We were hungry, thirsty for blood, for the fun of the hunt...

"Don't listen to her, embrace who you are, stop fighting the curse. Adam is no more, Damien is no more, just the curse. Feel the power in you, the strength. Remember the first time you killed? The first was your sister, you ripped her apart as she begged you to stop, after that you hunted men down as they cowered wherever their weak bodies could fit, they heard you coming and you reveled in the feel of their bones being ground between your teeth. Their screams... All that can be yours if you just give in..." Tamra continued, our vision was the color of blood.

"Please, I may be scared but not of you guys, just what she's making you into, it's not either of you." Elizabeth said, she had climbed out of the car. Martin was standing with his door open, calling for Elizabeth as she approached. "Adam, Damien, you could have killed me in the forest, instead you saved me, took care of me. Protected me." She said, our body had stilled, Elizabeth was .

"You could have ripped me apart that day but you didn't because deep down you knew it wasn't who you are, your curse does not define you, your decisions do." Elizabeth said as she placed a hand on our cheek. We closed our eyes, fighting the curse, our desire to hear her screams, to taste her blood as we ripped her apart.

I grabbed her arm in our teeth and threw her to the side, she cried out as a sickening crunch sounded. Martin ran around the car to his daughter. I roared and Damien took over, this was his body and he knew how to use it.

We charged forward and slammed into Tamra, I ripped into her but then the wound closed immediately. We roared in frustration as we struggled to destroy Tamra but it wouldn't work, anything we did was undone. If we tore her arm off it just reattached itself.

She screamed though, oh did she scream. She may be indestructible like me and Damien but that didn't mean she can't feel . Her screams were like music to Damien, his bloodlust being sated despite not killing as he let his rage out.

Then Tamra threw us off and got up her, her healing had slowed as she held her throat where we had ripped it open, blood pouring from the wound. I watched as the Blood Moon faded finally, we changed back into our in between form, the one that was our wolf.

I raised our nose and let out a howl before running off into the distant forest, Martin calling after me. I had to leave, get as far away as I could for Tamra set another spell on me, one that made me lose control once more, not permanently but enough to where I knew I wouldn't be able to control my actions...
