Spencer had lost his son when living in that house and now it haunts him. Also he can see the things others can't, meaning after living in that house he can see the spirits of the dead. No he's not crazy, he just was changed by the house itself.
What happens when these two are forced to move back to the house in its secluded location with their families? Will it reawaken the evil in the house or will it just force them to get over their pasts?
