"Let's go! Come on!" A student exclaimed as Gideon pushed through the students that were evacuating the building.

"Help me! Help me!" a person shouted from within a room that was already engulfed in flames.

Gideon broke the glass encasing a fire extinguisher and broke the glass of the classroom door.

"Come on, get back!" Morgan said as he pulled Gideon away.

"Wait, Morgan! There's somebody in there!" Gideon argued as Morgan continued to pull Gideon out of the building.

"Come on, Gideon, move!" Morgan pushed the man down the outside stairs. "Move!"

"Get off of me!" Gideon pushed Morgan off of him "It was a teacher!"

"Let it go!" Morgan took hold of Gideon's shirt "Let it go,"

"He might be here watching," Hotchner noted as the team looked up at the building "Samarra,"

"Yeah," Sam said

"Take pictures...as many as you can,"

Samarra nodded "You got it," she took out her phone and began taking pictures of all the people that were looking up at the building.

"The Professor's name was Wallace?" Gideon asked the Dean

"It's a terrible loss. He was one of those teachers. Um...he knew how to make a difference," she explained.

Elle walked into the room "Gideon, we've got police and security interviewing everyone in that building,"

"How long will it take to finish evacuating the campus?" Gideon questioned

"This is a College of 10,000 students and faculty," The Dean replied

"Well, there's another problem with evacuating." Elle pointed out

"You mean, we might accelerate the unsub's timeline," Gideon said as he stood up "Let's round everybody up,"

"We've been at this all night, and we've got nothin'," Morgan explained as he and Hotchner were looking over the pictures Samarra had taken of the crowd outside the burning building. "Look at these expressions. We got fear, a touch of horror, even a little bit of panic. Where's the guy gettin' off?"

"When asked about his motives, Peter Dinsdale said, 'I am devoted to fire. Fire is my master.'" Reid quoted

"Okay, so who was our boy's master?" Morgan asked.

"10,000 plus students...and one has a serious fascination with fire." Samarra sighed

"Fire starting is one-third of the homicidal triad..." Elle noted "An early predictor of adult disassociative criminal behavior. If we looked in his childhood, we'd probably find all three. Bedwetting and cruelty to animals,"

"Absent or abusive father, trouble with the opposite sex, chronic low self-esteem...M.O would be dynamic," Gideon listed "evolving. As the fire setting escalates. They thrive on panic, fear. It's just the standard profile of a serial arsonist,"

"Based on hundreds of interviews," Reid said

"Based on precedent," Morgan added

"Everything the unsub should be, according to research," Elle said

"We're off the mark." Hotchner inputted

"Because of two missing elements," Gideon explained

"Sex and power...the two motives that drive a serial arsonist," Morgan noted
