After multiple attempts and a lot of brainstorming, I think I finally have come up with a plot that I like. I know you have all been wondering about the sequel to Talking to the Moon. I just want to say: it is here.

As much as I cannot be relied upon. I am proud to say to say that this is it. This is the story I want to share -- I'm in love with the characters and I want you to fall in love with them too. At least, I am hoping you do.

But in case you want a little intrigue, I'm posting the gorgeous cover & blurb here. Do tell me what you think.

Also,

It may or may not have characters from Talking to the Moon showing up ;)

The story is entitled Blood Moon Rising.

And this is the cover:

| Part of the Moon Chronicles |

Zainab knew her place in Sa'ir's household. She was a source of income - a mere dancer that he showcased to other noblemen like him for money. Yet, when she met him at night, under the refuge of the bloody night sky, she could not help but feel that she was something more to him.

This was why she let him take her to bed and plant his seeds in her. She didn't realise in her naivete that this would be a mistake. The moment she learnt she was pregnant - Sa'ir decided to reject her existence. He labelled her a whore, a seductress, a vile, vile woman. He didn't want anything to do with her until he learnt that she had given birth to his heir.

A son! Someone who could continue his legacy.

Zainab had wanted to hate the child - he was the reason for her downfall. But as she learnt to be a mother, she also fell in love with her son and realised - if she wanted to give her son a decent future. She could not let him stay with Sa'ir.

And so, Zainab decided to run.

Follow her journey as she escapes from the man that she loathes for the child that she loves.
