I wake up and feel someone beside me and has a arm around me. I see that it's shannon cuddling with me. I feel happy for the first time in a really long time. i had a terrible break up on my birthday with my ex. I basically found out that she was cheating on me with my roommate in college. I feel shannon moving and i get out of my thoughts. she woke up "hai" she says in a raspy morning voice" hey" i greet her back and smile. i can't believe i'm not freaking out like the first time i slept with her, not in a sexual way, but i feel confortable with her by my side. i don't really feel this way with any one not even with my best friend Alex i t feels right but better with her. "whatcha thinking 'bout " shannon asks me sitting up on the bed "nothing specific "i say "you sure "she leans in"yeah "i lean in more and close the space between us. her lips are really soft but it tastes awful. we pull away with little discusted faces and we both stand up laughing at each others faces and head to the bathroom and wash our faces and brush our teeth.
i finished before shannon and went down stairs i see meghan and amy are watching tv. "morning "i say "hey cari"the both say in sync. they're on to something cause they only talk like that when they're on to something so i decide to ask. "what are you guys up to" "nothing what makes you think we're up to something" amy says "well because i know you guys pretty well and i can tell when you guys want to know or do something, i'v been part of your plans before" i laugh a little and they put a face that makes me want to worry, but i just ignore it. I decide to make me and shannon some breakfast.so i go to the kitchen and start cooking. i suddenly feel arms wrap around my waist and i smile at her actions. she rests her head on my shoulder and i turn my head and give her a kiss. we hear amy and meghan squeal and we both role our eyes and laugh a little. i finish making breakfast and we sit down at the table and start just have sudden glares at each other and giggle a little. we hear some whispering and turn to the living room and see amy and meghan having a little convo . they're obviously talking about us 'cause of the sudden glares they give us.
"hey guys, Stevie asked if we wanted to come over 'cause she's throwing ally a birthday party"shannon said "sure "amy said "what time?" meghan asked "at 9 i think she said, let me check... at 8 " wait, i don't have anything to wear" meghan said anxiously and went up stairs "amy, get ready we're going shopping!" meghan yelled from upstairs "ugh, why do i have to go?" amy says as she stands up and see's meghan at the stair case giving her a death glair "o yeah i'm coming" she runs upstairs and i'm a little confused but what ever. "what about you lovely lady "shan says and pulls me by the waist and i put my arms around her neck " mmm lets go, but i don't know who ally is tho " i tell her and close the space between us "don't worry she's really cool she's been my best friend since elementary" she tell me an i can tell by the way she told me ally must be really important but it actually really funny "it's funny that you've know ally since elementary. most people don't even remember their friend from high school, well at least i don't." i say and she giggles "so what you wanna go?" "sure why not " i tell her and i went up stairs and to take a shower and get ready.
