Chapter 28- Mental Note

When we arrived at the airport, my entire family was there to greet us. By entire I mean a few of my dad's siblings and their kids. With out me noticing Shani ran up and gave me a huge hug. "Shani I haven't even been gone a day!?" I said squeezing her back. She climbed up onto my shoulders as I walked over to say hi to a few cousins I hadn't seen in a while; the boys awkwardly following behind. "Hey bro whats good!" My cousin Fafi said, giving me a sqeeze. He had gotten back from his mission a couple weeks ago, but we hadn't had time to go and visit him yet. I gave him a bro hug and told him that we needed to catch up and how he better have some missionary stories to share.

Glancing behind me I noticed a few over my girl cousins had gathered around the boys. "Hey girls! Meet my bandmates and my brothers! This is-" I was cut off by cousin Ellie "THATS TANNER MYLER." Tanner had a huge smile on his face, laughing he just nodded his head. "Yeah, you're right Ellie. So.. You know them, do I need to introduce the rest?" I said with a smirk. She smirked back and shook her head. Eyes never breaking away from Tanners. "Mental note: Watch Tanner and Ellie. Closely" I thought, but pretending to laugh it off.

Just then our little group was interrupted by Tyler, our manager, saying how we needed to get going because the concert was going to start in like 7 hours and we had to prepare blah blah blah. I took Shani off my shoulders and walked to the van that had been rented for us. I noticed Patch had stopped and was waiting for me to catch up to him. "So we've got time to finish talking, and I think Tanner wont  be a bother for a minute." He said nodding over to where Tanner was giving Ellie a hug. As he ran to catch up to us we made eye contact and he looked embarrassed.

gosh i know its short. but i felt bad. I will be continuing this chapter but I just thought I should post something so you guys dont hate me.... Love you!!!
