Description: Thanks to the events of what is now dubbed the Endgame. The world managed to slowly come back to the way it used to be. Although the fact that Spider-Man was no longer with them. Yet, something wasn't right.

A/N: I get it. I'm evil. I'm doing a request next chapter but omg I couldn't with the picture. I'm sorry for being a horrible author. It's getting close to exams!

"I am... Inevitable"

"Well guess what asshole? I'm Peter Stark"

Tony smiled sadly at the memory of that snarky remark made by his son. He could still see so vividly how Peter was crouched down in his Spider-Man crouch, holding his hand up as the power of the stones coursed through his body. It almost looked like it didn't faze the teen.

Now, all that was left of that moment is a gravestone. So many flowers, blankets, dolls, even a sandwich from a man named Mr. Delmar. The man put it down saying it was Peter's favourite.

Peter Benjamin Stark
August 10, 2001-April 26, 2019.
A friend, a brother, and son, a hero.
"With great power, comes great responsibility"

Tony would be lying to himself if he said that just standing here didn't give him some sort of peace. For some reason he always felt as if Peter's soul is right there with him. Telling him that he's okay.

"Hey there kiddo. I decided to make a quick trip down here to say Happy Birthday. Mom and Morgan are in the car. They wanted to give me a minute to talk to you myself. I probably look beyond insane talking to a gravestone. It's weird buddy. You'd be 18 years old if you were still with us. My kid finally an adult. I'm sure you'd be happy to know that the Avengers have gotten back together. Since Steve is now old, he's living with us. Is actually really nice having him around. Morgan loves him to no end. We all spend the weekend at the newly built compound.

Morgan wanted me to tell you that she wants to be the new Spider-Man. She wants to follow in your footsteps. The girl never met you yet admires you to no end. That picture that we took before you were adopted now sits on her bedside table. I hear her talking to that picture like she's talking to you. I just really miss you bambino. As much as I want my son back I know I can't always get what I want. Who knows, maybe some miracle will come. Heh, I can't even convince myself to believe my own words".

Tony started crying as he stared up at the blue sky. Tears slowly falling down his face as he pictured his son's smiling face. His laugh, his eyes, his smile, his curly hair.

"Don't cry. I want to see you smile".

Morgan slowly walked up next to her father and grabbed onto his hand. Tony looked towards the small girl who just stared at the gravestone with a large smile on her face.

"He's watching over us daddy. He's our guardian angel" Morgan told her dad connecting their eyes. Small tears falling from her eyes. The same eyes that reminded Tony so much of Peter's.

"I know he is bambina. He told me he would. I wish you could've met him" Tony sighed kneeling down to hug his daughter tightly as he cried softly, laying his chin down on her head.

"I'll always... protect you. No matter what".

"I have met him. In all your stories. I'd like to think I know him quite well" Morgan retorted letting out a weak chuckle.
