THANK YOU - AUTHORS NOTE (VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION)

The end of Sunflower is here. I can't believe it. I've been writing this story since the beginning of the year and I can't believe I've finally completed it. Thank you for reading this, for taking the time to read my story. I can't even begin to express how much gratitude I feel. The support means everything. Every single one of you are absolutely amazing.

Do you remember when I said I had two surprises in store? Well...

As I started writing Sunflower I realized how this could turn into a series. I intended to only do a sequel then changed my mind half way through. So I guess it's three surprises now?

And now it is a series.

Did you really think I'd end it just like that?

Books two and three are happening! Along with a spinoff! How surprised are you?

I plan on starting book two sometime this fall. Book three is in 2020. When I start the spinoff is unknown at this time. Possibly sometime in 2020 before book three. That is not confirmed.

I'm aware the ending of Sunflower isn't what most of you were wanting or expecting, I'm so sorry it didn't turn out the way some of you wanted it to. Chapter 18 was so hard to write. Hope you don't hate me too much ;)

It has come to my attention that some of you are confused as to why Ariana's character ended up with Miles at the end. Ariana and Jungkook were only meant to be best friends in this and were never meant to be romantically involved. Yes I did hint at the possibility of them becoming something other then friends but it was to help make the ending more impactful if they had that type of chemistry.
I should have stated that at the very beginning of this story but I didn't, I'm so sorry.

The relationship between Ariana and Jungkook followed the path of Spider-Man 2 (kinda) and Jungkook basically played the "Gwen Stacy" role. Jungkook didn't play the role as a love interest because it benefits the story line of the series better. Since I'm turning this into a trilogy the plans for book three connect back to this one.

I sincerely apologize if that's what some of you wanted. It was never my intention to mislead anyone. I hope you understand these reasons and that no one is too disappointed. I should've made it clear in the beginning. Maybe you'll be somewhat satisfied when book three comes out.

If you want to stay up to date on news on books two and three along with the spinoff make sure you either follow me or check my profile often to see if there's any announcements or changes. Things may change slightly such as the date of release but is unlikely. So make sure you're updated on what's happening!
I can't wait to start them! :)

I will be taking a break for a month or so since I've sadly lost motivation to continue writing my other stories. All stories will resume once I return and are currently on hold. I hope you understand. Don't worry, this break will not affect book two. It's just a small break that won't go on for no longer than a month. I might come back sooner than that.
