Ever since Louis told Harry everything about his past he felt lighter, it was as if finally he had let go of a burden he didn't even know he had been carrying.
And feeling light also made him feel happier, and he found himself spreading happiness around him, he honestly thought that nothing bad could happen now, everything was just perfect right now.
"Lou" Niall said as he came up to the lunch table were he was sitting.
"Hey Niall" Louis smiled at him "What's up?".
"Do you know why Harry's not in school today?" Niall asked.
"Yeah, he texted me earlier, said he has a stomach bug, so he stayed home" Louis lied as he unpacked his lunch.
"Will he be okay for our game tomorrow?" Niall asked worried.
"I'm sure he will" Louis said confidently.
"Oh, okay" Niall said, appearing relieved "You know you can have lunch with us even if Harry's not in school, right?".
"He's having lunch with me" Gemma said showing up, and sat across from Louis.
"Oh, hi Gemma" Niall greeted the girl.
"Hi" Gemma said dryly.
"Uhm... I'm gonna go to my table, then" Niall decided "Bye".
"Bye, Niall" Louis said cheerfully.
"He's so annoying" Gemma said the minute he left.
"Stop saying that, he's not, he's actually really nice" Louis defended Niall.
"Whatever" Gemma said dismissively "Has Harry said anything about the interview?".
"Shhh, not so loud, remember he doesn't want anyone to know" Louis reminded her friend.
"He's being so ridiculous about this, it's obvious he's going to get it, he's like the smartest person in the country" Gemma rolled her eyes.
"I agree, but we should respect his wishes" Louis said and lowered his voice "No one can know where he is today".
"Fine, fine" Gemma agreed "But have you heard from him or not?".
"He texted me when he got there, and he said he'd let me know when it was over, but so far nothing" Louis shrugged.
"Hmm" Gemma hesitated, and looked at the time on her phone "Do you think it means it didn't go well? Wasn't the interview at 11?".
"Yeah, at 11, but according to Harry, besides the interview, he also had to show his Portfolio to a bunch of people, and they do like a written test and like a drawing test" Louis explained.
"He didn't tell me that" Gemma said "But I'm not worried, like I said Harry's the smartest person in the world, and he's an amazing artist as well".
"Yeah, but he was so nervous, my poor baby, he kept saying that only like 40 people get in each year to that programme" Louis pointed out.
"I know, he told us that too, I really hope he gets it" Gemma replied, and then whispered "Harry has wanted to go to Cambridge his entire life".
"Really?" Louis asked, because he had only learnt about this a week ago.
"Yeah, and he's worked so hard for that architecture program" Gemma commented "I mean, he even went to Central America to build a school for poor children".
"He what?" Louis frowned.
"He didn't tell you about that?" Gemma frowned.
"No" Louis shook his head "When did he build a school for poor children in Central America?".
