It was Sunday, which was also the day that Tori was going to meet her biological father, and of course, Louis was very nervous, but he couldn't back down now.
"We're going to go to the park, okay?" Louis said to Tori as he got her dressed.
"Yay" Tori cheered.
"We're going to meet a friend there" Louis told her, this being the first time he mentioned it to her.
"Haw-ry?" Tori wondered as Louis helped her put her arm through her purple hoodie.
"No, Harry's picking us up here, and we'll meet this other friend at the park" Louis explained slowly.
"Gemma?" Tori asked cutely.
"No, it's not Gemma either" Louis denied "You've never met him before".
Tori didn't say anything to that, but she made a face which was a mixture of curiosity and uncertainty.
"Will you be nice to this friend?" Louis asked her.
"Yeah" Tori replied.
"Okay" Louis accepted that "Good".
Louis had already showered, so after he finished getting Tori dressed and did her hair they went downstairs to wait for Harry to pick them up.
"Are you ready to go?" Jay asked.
Both Louis' parents knew what was happening today, so he knew she wasn't just asking if they were ready physically, but also mentally.
"Yeah, we're ready" Louis sighed.
"Nan, we go pawk" Tori announced.
"I know, love, have a lot of fun, yeah?" Jay smiled.
"Yeah" Tori nodded eagerly.
"Mummy, go" Tori said pulling his hand.
"We have to wait for Harry, muffin" Louis answered.
But that was when the doorbell rang.
"There he is" Louis smiled.
He went over to the door, Tori following behind, and he had barely managed to say hello to his boyfriend and given him a very short kiss, when Tori demanded to be held by Harry.
"You could at least say hi to him" Louis told his daughter as Harry picked her up.
"Hi" Tori smiled.
"Hi, little one" Harry said and kissed her cheek, and then he looked at Louis again "Are we ready to go, love?".
"Yeah" Louis nodded and he grabbed his jacket.
"Wait a minute there" Mark said coming to the door.
"Good morning, Mr. Tomlinson" Harry greeted him politely.
"Hi, Harry" Mark greeted him back and shook his hand, he always did that, Louis thought it was funny "Thank you for doing this with Louis".
"Of course" Harry nodded.
"Please, take care of him and Tori" Mark asked "I'm trusting you here".
"I know, and you don't have to worry, I always make sure to take good care of them" Harry said solemnly.
"Alright" Mark nodded, and he gently brushed Tori's cheek "Bye, princess, I'll see you in a few hours".
"Bye, gampa" Tori replied.
"Good luck, Lou" Mark wished "And remember if anything happens, we're here".
"I know" Louis replied.
