For the past three weeks Louis and Harry had been texting frequently, but hadn't really talked in person, or even over the phone.

Because every time Harry called, or FaceTimed, it was to talk to Tori, so Louis usually just said hello, and gave the phone to his daughter.

And the same thing had happened the times Louis had allowed Harry to see Tori, because both times it had happened after Harry's birthday, he had just dropped the girl off at the Styles house, and then picked her up, only staying enough time to say hello and goodbye.

And apparently the same thing was going to happen this upcoming weekend.

From Harry: Hi Lou

To Harry: Hey

From Harry: Just wanted to let you know that I'm coming home this weekend

To Harry: You want to see Tori?

From Harry: Please?

To Harry: Sure

From Harry: There's a problem though

To Harry: what??

From Harry: My parents won't be home this weekend

Louis knew what that meant, and it was that Harry would be alone with Tori if she went to his house, which hadn't happened yet, and he wasn't sure if he was comfortable with that.

The truth was that Harry seemed to be doing better, but Louis didn't know for sure if he actually was, because he hadn't spent time with him, so it was impossible for him to know.

But maybe it was time to find out.

To Harry: In that case I could go with Tori to your house

From Harry: You would do that?

To Harry: Yes

From Harry: Thank you!

To Harry: Sure! We'll talk details on Saturday, I have to go now, I have a huge test tomorrow and I haven't finished studying

From Harry: okay, good luck on the test!

To Harry: Thanks

It was true that he had been studying and that he had a huge test tomorrow, which was a great excuse to keep his mind busy, and not think that he was going to be spending time with Harry soon.

But as soon as he finished with the test the following day, and he allowed his brain to think about Harry, all of the anxiety came back.

"You were going to spend time with him sooner or later, so what's the problem with doing it now?" Duncan asked when Louis told him about it.

"It's not a problem, I'm just anxious about it" Louis explained.

"Why?" Duncan frowned.

"Because there's this part in me that's hoping he'll be the Harry before the PTSD, and if he's not, I know I'm going to be disappointed" Louis answered.
