YOO JEONGYEON
She's here. She right beside me. She just had to sit beside me. What luck.
"Jeong... Can we please talk?" she asked.
Dammit. Why can't I resist her?
"Why?" I asked.
"Because we need closure." she replied, looking down.
I looked at Chaeyoung to see him looking back at me as he nodded and smiled slightly.
"Come after 5 minutes. I'll be at the recording studio. Third floor. Black door." I said as I stood up and headed down.
As I went in my recording studio, I decided to sing a song for a bit. I grabbed my guitar and sang the chorus of a song that perfectly fits my situation right now.
Eoseokhaji anhge na malhago sipeunde
Geureohge jal andwae doraseo huhoehae
Babocheoreom
Nae mam sogen eonjena neoinde
Geujeo chojohage gidarigo isseo yeah
Na babocheoreom
Girl I'm your fool
Girl I'm your fool
As I sang that last part, I noticed Nayeon at the door, with tears in her eyes. I put the guitar aside, went towards her and gave her a hug to calm her down, making her wrap her arms around my waist. After a few seconds of silence, I pulled away slightly while her hands remained on my waist, and wiped her tears.
"Why are you crying?" I asked, still wiping her tears.
"Is that how you're feeling?" she asked.
"What?"
"You're feeling like a fool and you regret what we had?" she asked, her tears stopped by now as I looked at her in shock.
She heard me? Of course she did. She wouldn't be crying right now if she didn't.
My tears also started to form, and without me noticing, a tear already slid down.
"Yes. I feel like a fool for loving someone that never truly felt the same way." I said, looking down.
She lifted my chin and what she did shocked me. She kissed me. On the lips. Making me remember what we had in the past before we pulled away seconds later as I looked at her with wide eyes.
"I'm sorry if I hurt you Jeong." she said, avoiding my face.
"Don't be sorry when you're the one that cheated." I said harshly.
"I didn't cheat on you. Please let me explain." she whispered the last part, making me a bit guilty.
"Then explain. Make me understand." I said looking at her.
She sighed and seemed to think where to start cuz she spaced out for a few seconds, making me fix her bangs for a bit and that seemed to bring her back.
"That day, my ex came back, begging me to be his again. I didn't want to because I already had you." she started.
"I was happy. I was contented. I was in love. And I also knew that it was our monthsary and told him that he's nothing but my past." she said.
